Beau and Devin, arrived with a smile with my beautiful, happy , clean dog. They kept me up to date with arrival time and information about the Pomeranian ! Would recommend them , first class Namaste Lesley

Justin and Sebastian were very professional and friendly and the company's rules and regulations demonstrate a true positive concern for care and safety when transporting the animals. There was excellent communication when the 2 day trip began from Indiana to PA. Both men shared staying with the dogs on the two nights they had to stop and stay over. I highly recommend Premier Pet Transport and Justin and Sebastian to anyone in need of reliable and compassionate pet transportation services.

Merry (Wally), now Duncan was delivered 1/2/26. Richard and Devin pulled up in front and I was sitting on the patio waiting for them. They had been keeping in touch daily once they were on the road, and actually delivered him 4 1/2 hours early as they were running ahead of schedule, which they also communicated the day prior to delivery. I would highly recommend both of the drivers (Richard and Devin) and Premier Pet Transport LLC to anyone.
Nerves were at an all time high. ETA changed but I was updated asap. Once our beautiful little boy arrived, all the stress was gone. Meeting the drivers assured me the journey was a safe and pleasant one. Can't say enough about the whole operation and the team involved!!! 10/10 stars
What a great experience I’ve had with puppyspot and their travel team ( premier pet transport LLC ) they were amazing! And so nice and the drop off with our amazing puppy was so easy and she’s so loved . Highly recommended this team if u want a furry family member !
I had an amazing experience with Ryan and Tom delivering my Frenchie. From start to finish, they were professional, communicative, and clearly cared about the well-being of my pup. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, sent photos, and made sure everything went smoothly.When my Frenchie arrived, he was calm, healthy, and clearly well cared for during transport. You can tell Ryan and Tom take pride in what they do — they’re organized, trustworthy, and truly love animals.If you’re looking for reliable, stress-free puppy delivery, I highly recommend them. Nathan and Chuck are good people, care about their customers and the pets they transport. Was a very very VERY easy experience with them. Punctual and WILL let you know if anything happens.
Our little puppy was dropped off earlier than originally stated and both driver's were courteous and professional. Our little bundle joy was energetic and playful. The journey has started off extremely well.
Was great to give updates on the arrival time! Even let me know the type of vehicle they were driving and the license plates! Asked for photo ID to make sure my sweet baby was being taken care of properly. 😁And you can tell that the pups ride in style! When my sweet boy was brought to me he was gentle carried by his chauffeur!! ☺️ Food and feeding schedule were discussed as well as all the documentations. We even got our picture taken together to mark this special first day of many! So grateful for people like you that make it possible for people like me to be able to fulfill my dream of having unconditional love. Justin and Dalton were very professional and kept us updated with the transport of our new fur baby. They gave us a time they would be at our home in southern Alabama, and they were actually about 20 minutes early. Our new puppy arrived in great shape - clean, happy, and recently walked. These folks are fantastic!!
