Worst customer service in the world!~!!! pot peeling, never had a pressure valve and now I have to pay $40 for replacement parts. Was given as a gift, now embarrassed am I. Bought 3 two good the other horrible. After spending $454 you would think they would do something better then just take more $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$Wish I would have read all the reviews before ordering
I called and told them my cooker was not functioning correctly. I was instructed to send it back with the label they sent me. I did so. But never heard a response. I called and explained. They asked me if I had sent the $$$. I explained I was never told about any money at that time. I just thought they would repair. A few minutes later a rep came on line and said they were sorry for the confusion and they were sending me a BRAND NEW COOKER. Thank you very much. I love my Power Pressure Cooker. I use it for most all my meals.I have always been a pressure cooker fan. I have used a traditional pressure for many many years. Now that it is electric and automatic it is even better.While I was WITHOUT my Power Pressure Cooker I did go back to my traditional one. It saved me in a pinch. But my new one came in and I'm all good now.THANK YOU.
After 9 days the coating is coming off the pot. I did the customer service chat and was told to return it to the store and then she hung up on me. I've called and was told I needed to purchase a new one for $30. I called again and was told they would replace it but I had to send the old one plus pay $15. for S&H for the new one. Horrible customer service for a poor product.
Company sent me the power pressure cooker, I was expecting to use it! It was about 2 months late arriving to my home, I received a defective product. Which they told me to send back. this product I had already paid $146.00. So they told me everything is good we close this send you a refund. Then you can reorder NOT. It has been months no refunds they are giving me the run around even sent me to collections! Company is a joke! I bought the same product at bed bath and beyond way cheaper with a warranty no hassle!
I really like it however i found that they are not enough instructions on how to run the power cooker and what all the functions do
I've watched the ads on TV and couldn't believe the results they were showing. So intrigued, I purchased one. The results are exactly what you see. I had a dinner party last weekend and made BEEF BOURGUIGNON! It was absolutely delicious! The wings, the sauces, chicken and rice... the list goes on. One thing I especially like and use is the browning feature. Slow braised recipes that would normally take 3 hours in the oven are done in 30 minutes or less. I LOVE it and recommend it to all of my friends.
I am very excited to start using my pressure cooker. I am trying to find more recipes for this type of cooker but not having good luck as all other recipes call for high temps then turn down to low temps, I don't know how to do that with this cooker. Any suggestions are welcome. I really do t want this to sit in the cupboard because I'm limited on meals.
Love the cooker and the convenience of shorter cooking time. However, the cookbooks are a waste, very few recipes, so you are left to guess at times and ingredients. Luckily I have found some recipes online.
The Power Pressure cooker, so far works great on meat and vegetables. The pot roast turned out very tender. The only problem is with the Canning process. I live at 3800 ft elevation. In the instructions, the Power Pressure will not generate enough pressure to do any canning at this altitude. The Power Pressure only can be used for canning under 2000 ft. This information about canning was not mentioned in the canning process on the TV ad.
Still waiting for my order not sure what's going on!
Need to do a better job of stocking you item or let the purchaser know that it is going to be 5 1/2 weeks to ship!!!

I ordered two pressure cookers on 8/15/14 on order number:21595317615 and as of 9/19/14-no pressure cookers!! What gives??

This thing is amazing, we can cook different meals quickly.
This is the second time i have order this item and not yet did I receive it. What is the problem? If y'all can not delivery what you advertise then don't advertise. Not yet did I get what I order poor service.
It doesn't cook as fast as it says! Taking me 2hrs to cook a 3 lb pork roast to be shredded! Had to pay extra $ cuz they don't ship to Hawaii so had it shipped to my fren in Washington n she shipped it to me! I didn't get the power pressure cooker XL, I got the "power cooker!" U can't even tell if the cook button or stew button is even there for a reason, when u adjust the pressure adjust button to change it to 70kpa's(it starts at 20) the stew or cook button automatically cancels! Only thing good is it's not scary to open after cooking n the pressure releases really fast!
The whole three weeks after it was ordered I kept checking on it. Always said in process , allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Then comes the three week mark and it shows out of stock and I now have to wait longer. I would think it would say out if stock when I ordered it.
The cookbook is 10 pages long so not help full, definitely not worth what you say it is, same with the canning book, cooker does not cook as well as you say. I AM NOT HAPPY with this purchase , I am going to return it, so sad that I have to pay for the ridiculous shipping cost you charge me plus more to send it back. I will never do business with you again
