Best!!
I do like food. However it's a big changed for me because I never are so much protein in my life. I was eating a lot berries and fruits. My shape is change and I became visibly slimmer.

What I loved most about the meal was the convenience it offered. I didn't have to worry about cooking or meal planning, and the meal was delivered straight to my door. All I had to do was heat it up, and I had a delicious and healthy meal in minutes.

I’ve been eating at Power Plate Meals since its conception and it still is the best place to eat fresh, fast, and healthy on the go. Power Plate Meals brings a new meaning to “fast food.” Gone are the days of greasy burgers, untraceable ingredients, macros, and calories. With Power Plate Meals you get tasty and nutritious meals packed with protein and ingredients you recognize and can see in the box. The staff is eager to help and their menu variety keeps everything fresh and surprising!

I love Power Plate Meals, it helps me spend less time in the kitchen & more time with my friends & family while still eating healthy. Sometimes it can be challenging to find meals that are dairy & gluten free but Power Plates always has serval options for me— I highly recommend if you avoid gluten & dairy! They also have lots of different snack options, I love trying new healthier snacks each week! If you’re looking for healthy, convenient, & quick meals you should definitely try Power Plate Meals!

If you are looking for fast, easy, convenient meals that are healthy, balanced, and taste absolutely delicious, Power Plate meals is for you! This is the perfect option for someone with a busy lifestyle or if you just aren't good at cooking or you don't like to cook. Honestly the best meal prep company that I have tried!! I love that the menu changes every 2 weeks so that I never get bored and there is always something amazing on every menu!! I also really love the variety of healthy drinks and snacks that you can get in their stores!! Such a great place to get everything I need to stay on track!

I love PPM!
Power Plate Meals has been a staple for me for at least a year and a half now. Their meals are low-calorie, high in protein, and delicious! I incorporated them into my diet and lost a significant amount of weight. The power plate meals were one of the key changes that I made! My favorite meal is the Bacon Cheddar Meatballs! You need to try this place if you want delicious healthy options!

I’ve been eating at Power Plate Meals for the last two years and I love that there’s always something new for me to try, and something for me to enjoy!I’ve successfully managed to lose 80 pounds in the last 2 years, and while I can manage the exercise part easily, I was awful with my meals. I found Power Plate Meals, and it’s been so helpful with the meal prep part of my journey; truly it has taken a lot of stress off my shoulders. I enjoy the wide variety of meals they offer and the rotating menus, because like many others, I can’t have the same thing day after day and it’s nice to switch it up!It’s so refreshing to be able to grab a meal and know that it’s going to taste great, keep me full and satisfied, and to know that I don’t have to spend hours figuring out what I can/can’t have, because they put the calories and macros right on the meal for you. Thank you for making such a great place!

I love the power plate subscription
I love the power plate subscription. I get my meals weekly and it is just enough to add to my regular diet. The meals are all fresh and it feels like I prepared them myself.
