I asked for a refund and I received an email with their ok, and a the day after, the get the money from my account. After sending an email, I'm sure the will refund the money.

Refund issues - happy with the support this far.
Issue is being handled well by Eugene". Communicate well and shows empathy and understanding. I am still waiting to be refunded though and hope that will be done as soon as possible. I will then come back here to update this review.

As a south African i would not use potplantme ,due to euros.But the assistance was very helpful, they immediately reply,and is will to assist,that is why I rate 5 star for service and know through that they will keep customers
