Poplin was incredibly fast (same day without having to choose same day), thorough, and impressive! They washed my laundry by clothing color, sorted them by types (tshirts, dress shirts, pants, underwear), and folded them in a compact way! Could not recommend more

My dryer was having some issues and my laundry is getting a bit backed up so I googled a service for laundry and I have to find Poplin. This is a very easy service to use. I’m gonna use this whenever I get backed up on laundry or just need a break people are great pick ups easy in the communication is great. This is an amazing app and I’m not just saying this.

The unexpected gift: Mental space(!)
I was looking forward to the extra time I would gain by hiring Poplin, but the unexpected value (and gift!) I experienced was mental space. I didn’t just do an art project with my daughter the weekend I sent out my laundry, I did it fully present, no rushing, I actually had fun and, dare I say it, relaxed(!!). The background pressure of fitting in the next load wasn’t there. I was unwound enough that I even fell asleep on the couch midday. When we got the laundry back the next day, even my husband (who was not a fan of getting laundry service) was impressed with the beautifully folded and organized clothes. I was literally giddy. Before Poplin, I heard nightmare stories of laundry services losing and damaging clothes. My experience with Poplin has been the complete opposite; the care and communication from their team feels like a small, local business that really cares. I will continue to recommend it to anyone who will listen. #PoplinChangedMyLife -HollyH

Poplin is such a time saver for mommy like me! My child is special needs, and Autistic, so most of my time goes to her obviously! And laundry and chores can get pretty overwhelming! My Laundry Pro Melissa is Top Flight! Not knowing how the laundry service worked I was slow to try it. But then, the clothes, sheets and towels kept pilling up and it was time to do something. My buddy was like ‘hey try this’ and I did. The sign-up process was easy peezy, lemon squeezy. I’ve recommended Poplin to family and friends. Yeah I’m hooked… 2X’s per month. Yep

I'm physically unable to do my laundry…
I'm physically unable to do my laundry especially folding and I can't stand for longer than about a minute and I was so pleased at would a wonderful job Poplin did. It was my first time using their services. Richard, the man who did my laundry did an amazing job and the folding he did was just as I would have done it if I was doing it myself. He also followed my instructions exactly I'm using my detergent, downy, Clorox etc. I just couldn't believe what a wonderful job Richard did and what a great service Poplin is. Item damage protection is a scam….do not use
Do not use service! Poplin claims to provide damaged item protection but in reality they make it so difficult to file a claim that it’s essentially nonexistent. The kept asking me for new angles of the item, delaying the process, ridiculous requests like putting the shirt next to another shirt. They finally approved it but only gave me a couple weeks to find the original item ( had to do a google search and buy it on Poshmark) as the item is no longer made by gap. You can’t do the claim until AFTER you buy the item and it has to be the exact item or else you are stuck with poplin credit. After I bought the item, it then brought me the last page of the form that says it requested a video of the replaced item! Again, another hoop to make it impossible to file a claim. I had to have the item shipped so there’s no way it would make it to me in time to have to take a video and make the 45 day day deadline. You can’t ever talk to a human, it’s all email from people clearly off shore. Another parent in our group had their daughter’s underwear stolen by a laundry pro. Do not use!!Side note, I told the customer rep that I’m touring the country right now with a show so it’s extremely difficult to have the new item shipped to me as I’mNot in one place more than a week. Hence why I’m using poplin.

I really appreciated the extra help to get some laundry done! I did have a few items totally wrinkly that obviously weren’t folded right after being dried. But other than that, it was quick and painless

Poplin Laundry Columbia, SC
I live in the Seven Oaks area of Columbia, SC and have used Poplin Laundry Services several times. My laundry professional is named Ashley and I couldn't ask for better service. My permanent press clothes are always carefully hung, linens, T-shirts, jeans and pants are carefully folded to minimize wrinkles. I cannot say enough positive things about Ashley's work, and I highly recommend her to anyone who needs helping keeping up with their laundry.

I travel Monday- Friday. I also live in an apartment without a laundry room. I sent a request, for the first time, on a Sunday and had fresh, clean, folded clothes ready to pack on Monday morning.
