PoooliPrint Z1 Color Photo Camera
I'll start by saying I have a black and white printer and one of their color printers, both of those work great, which is what lead me to this next purchase. The PoooliPrint Z1 Color Photo Camera IS NOT WORTH IT! I've even messaged their customer service and have no answers, and am not allowed to return it. The camera itself doesn't not take good quality pictures, and because of that, can't print good quality pictures. I got the camera because I wanted to take it on the go, so that didn't work. It says it can Bluetooth to your phone, but it at least can't to mine. When I try, it says it's "region locked" and can't. So that stops me from printing off the good pictures from my phone. Lastly, you are only allowed to take 50 pictures with this camera, then it stops. You have to Bluetooth it to your phone, and use this app, to do something to it, to allow you to take more pictures. I assume it's like an update or something, but since I can't Bluetooth, I have no idea. Since I can't Bluetooth, it literally makes this camera useless after the 50 pictures, it's just dead. Also I can't return it because I printed a picture from it already. That counts as "used" and they won't take used products back. How are you supposed to know it works if not.So anyways, don't buy it.

Printer has not been working properly, issue hasn‘t been resolved for a month now, customer service isn‘t answering emails despite buying a guarantee for the printer. Can‘t recommend this product, much less the company. Stay away.

The handheld poooliprint L1 is a cool little invention. It fits in my purse thus it is easily transported. Basically, it prints out a black and white photo on a receipt type paper. The instructions included aren't very specific, just know that you need to download the poooliprint app and all will be fine.... Customer service was good, responded within a few days and resolved my issue.

Ordered the XL printer and several types of paper. I received the printer, but not all the paper. I set up the printer, and was surprised by the poor quality of the prints. I contacted Customer Service to ask about the printer paper that was left out of my order, and to let them know about the poor printer quality. I was asked to send pictures of my order. I informed CS that I. had no longer had the shipping package. I ordered 3 different types of paper, 2 were correct. Poor customer service is an understatement. I also tried my luck with their Facebook page. Also no help. NO response. This company is a scam organization. I saved all the emails and my attempts to contact through Facebook. I even have a name. GARY. GARY was NO HELP. Poooli Print responded to this review. I contacted them as requested. NO REPLY. I EMAILED, sent a MESSAGE on Facebook. NOTHING. The response posed here was BS. They don't care. They took my money.

Cute gadget, but not without flaws
I bought the poooli printer for journaling-love the idea and portability. But adhesive paper didn’t work, delivery was late, and it took ages to hear back from support.

I bought it for my girlfriend for Christmass. She loves doing journaling and thought it would be an amazing surprise. I took the chance despite I live in another country, the only dissadventage is that they had to communicate vía e-mail to request further information to make the delivery. But it worked all perfectly. The machine is amazing, until now it worked perfectly! And I really Wonder if I should buy one myself for study propuse. It got so many dessigns and features that seems really atractive and easy to use. Ver sattisfied with the service :)

Printer doesn’t print on adhesive paper
Printer doesn’t print on the sticky/adhesive paper as advertised. I received my poooli in early November and have been trying since then to sort this out. Latest is they acknowledged the sticky/adhesive paper was faulty (incorrectly stored by them) and claimed I would receive replacements. Well I’m still waiting and looks like they will use the same sort of delay tactics. Not happy!!

The Poooli Printer is small enough to seem like a children’s toy, but smart enough to perform like a grown-up gadget. Once it is paired with a cell phone, it can be made to output images and text in the way of a toy printer.I bought my L1/L2 on a whim. I half-expected that it would be a disappointment, but it was priced just within “whim” levels for me. When it arrived, I admired it and thought it looked rather funny – that crazy little beak! – but I had to put it aside for several days because of work pressure.I will not pretend that set-up was “easy” – nothing worth doing ever is, in my opinion – but maybe that’s just me. The fact is, after charging the device, I was amazed to find that YES, my phone did “find” it and YES, when I gave it a “print” command, rrrr-rrr-rrrr … a tiny coupon-sized print-out emerged! It was just TOO cute. I was utterly enchanted.Maybe some customers will be irritated to find that they have to make an effort to figure out how to make it work. Just like with normal-size printers, this one MUST be paired with some other device (I used my Samsung phone). It might look like a toy but it isn’t really. It’s a tiny printer. And printers are not toys at all and must be treated with some respect, in order to work properly.To sum up: buy this charming little device for the pleasure of playing with it, but recognise that it’s not a toy.

Don’t waste your money!
Waited many weeks for the printer to arrive, only to find out it cannot be paired with my iPhone, message saying it’s unsupported! Impossible to get hold of anyone from pooliprint, they have now disappeared after their fierce marketing constantly messaging me about their product which I bought and is unusable. I’ve basically just thrown away my money. My advice is please don’t even consider buying this product!!!

Disappointed print quality, too expensive
The L2 300 dpi printer did not achieve my expectations. I have a much cheaper 200 dpi printer which performs much better. The L2 is too grey. I contacted the costumer service and took pictures of my prints on several kinds of paper. Text documents as well as photo's. The costumer service says the quality is fine. I would like to see an un-edited print from the costumer service compared with my print: the same images, the same text on the same paper. I think that is a fair comparison. But they turned silent. So I'm disappointed in this L2 printer and I recommend you can better invest in a much cheaper one from another brand. The ads are misleading.

i was very disappointed with the quality of the printer, and I bought also sticker paper that doesn't print anything...i made all that the costumer service told me, clean it (although it was brand new) and nothing.something to not use and expensive.Please don't make untruth publicity.im sorry , but not good...

Terrible customer service
I ordered a printer and three rolls of paper. The printer was shipped and delivered through Amazon and I got it in a day. Two weeks later I had no paper, so I reached out to Poooliprint directly. They asked for a picture of the box - it was long gone - then wanted a picture of what I received. I kept explaining that I had the printer but no paper but that got me nowhere. Finally, they said someone would look into it, after at least three weeks of back-and-forth. I ended up filing a dispute with my credit card company. I like the little printer and will order paper for it, now that I realize I can get it from Amazon, as well, and not using the printer will further waste my money. But I'll never deal with this company again.

The product is great, delivery was fast and I'm absolutely going to be ordering again. The printer I have is lovely and the 300dpi prints are pretty, the paper is great and fits my purposes with bullet journaling absolutely gorgeously. Truly recommend.

Really love this printer, it's so cute, compact and really easy to use. I absolutely love creating journal using this printer and the picture quality is also amazing. The price is affordable so if you're in journalling, todo lists, making cute stickers or designs this is a must try product.

Poooliprint always has the best products at amazing prices! I had a concern with one of their products and customer service got back to me the next day. My problem was resolved immediately, and I got a discount code to compensate for my inconvenience. I have purchased a few items from Poooliprint and I will buy from them again. The printers are high quality and there is a wide variety of papers to use. I'm so glad I found them!
