I am completely satisfied with the experience. From initial consultation to delivery, everything was great. Highly recommended. My only request would be a live phone operator rather than text chat for support.

I have never ordered a display case and my assumptions on how the case would be built were exceeded. I really liked the packaging. My display project will likely take some time. I made the case a bit larger than I needed so that I had the choice of adding in landscaping and make the display into a diorama.
They answered all my questions right away and the final product is perfect
The product was described as 2 X 2. I asked if that was two inches or two feet. I was told two feet. 24 inches X 24 inches. That's not what I got and will return what is ever inside the small box

This is very well made and exactly to our specifications. It came carefully packaged to avoid any damage during transport. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.
I needed a wall hung display case of a specific size. There were no stock items that would meet my needs. I drew a dimensional drawing and sent it in. They gave me a price and sent me a plexiglass case as I had drawn. My client is happy.
I’ve never purchased anything like this before, so I spent a lot of time researching—dozens and dozens of options—before finally choosing this one. It arrived yesterday, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The quality and presentation were far better than I anticipated.I’ll be displaying an Iron Age II oil lamp (First Temple Period, ca. 1000–586 BC) made of terracotta from the Levant (Judah), and this case feels like the perfect home for something with that level of history. I’m genuinely impressed and very glad I took the time to choose this item. Highly recommended.
The ordering process is a bit cumbersome- and it took several tries before the pre-order sheet was correct. But the contact was friendly throughout and the end product is exactly what I wanted. (Shipping costs were also high).
Box was a perfect match to the dimensions specified, The seams are all high quality, no scratches on any surface. Packaging was excellent and package arrived in perfect shape.
