Incredibly Efficient
Fantastic! Highly recommend. I’ve used Planet Express to ship items to Australia 6 times now. Each time the process has been incredibly efficient, smooth and hassle-free. I’ve not had a bad experience and their efficiency is top shelf.

I think Planet Express has pretty good…
I think Planet Express has pretty good customer service. I was confused about how to navigate the website and was not ever sure if I was pushing the right buttons or not. As a result of this my delivery got canceled but they were very responsive about helping me work through it. Now that I have been through the process, I will probably not make the same mistakes next time. I live in the Philippines, and I really need a service like Planet Express. The only criticism I have would be to add a clear and concise step by step guide on how to navigate the website. It's not a modern "interactive" website so it's easy to get confused about what you're supposed to do. But overall, I think it's a good service and a good company.

Planet Express are Excellent…
Planet Express are my preferred USA package forwarder, every time I have used them I have experienced great service and excellent communications. The website is easy to use and well designed. I only wish that they would open a warehouse in Netherlands or Germany so I could use them for EU package forwarding!

Good except one little scam
I've used this service a few times, and overall it's been good. Their system is not bad, they wrap things well when giving such request. But there is one thing I requested them to correct, and they did not respond - they won't show their $2 extra wrap option till the end of the step (after they finished packing the box). I used their $5 Special request for a double wrap but later I saw their $2 option at their last step, so I asked them to swap the service and get a refund, but they refused it. It feels like it's a little scam. Why anyone would want to use the extra wrap after they finished packing the box??
