Pen is amazing! He really helped me learn how to be my own best self. Sometimes it's hard in the day to day even understanding who you can be, Pen helped me discovery and refine that within myself. He really helps open your eyes to what you are and can be. Providing me the tools to make the most out of everyday and my life! Thank you Pen King.
Pen helped me to build up my self esteem after years of being my own worst critic. We developed a strategy that is based around action: esteem-able acts (helping others), self care (adequate sleep, balanced diet, exercise), and he introduced me to transcendental meditation. I am forever grateful for this toolkit that Pen helped me to achieve.
