Terribly disappointed in this product, looks like thin plywood the lettering for the names is nearly unreadable especially my partners name, the shape and the words "You" , "Me" are the only thing that looks decent .Overall quality is 2/10 material is poor and this was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Very unsatisfied with this product and the craftsmanship that went into it.
Absolute rubbish! Nothing like phot advertised! Waste of money and not happy with product at all
3/4 products that I ordered were good however one came with completely different and incorrect spelling. I can forgive mistakes however their customer service thereafter is non exististant. I have sent emails, FB messages and even enquired via their web page with no response or with a solution to fix. I am still hopefull hoever it's been 5 days
Product was tiny, didn't come with light up base as pictured. Was told it was not included when i contacted them. However no mention of "base sold separately" or "base not included" Im stuck with a very small average looking glass heart that was supposed to be a birthday gift
Horrible nothing like product. If I could do no stars I would. DO NOT BUY The product does not have compatible chargers, the says it is an Australian product it is not it’s made in China, the photos are horrible, the material is a horrible plastic. I brought this as a memory present for my grandparents. I’m so embarrassed
Was really worried because of all the reviews looked bad, but mine took only 2 weeks to arrive and came in really good quality, no scratches and spelling was correct. For me definitely worth the money.

I Purchased what was meant to be metal figures sitting on timber - figures were not metal but resin - on complaining was offered 10% of next purchase and they would change the description on the website. Paid way to much for product and would not ever buy from or recommend them in any way - customer service a big zero and satisfaction also a big zero.
I ordered a night light which arrived with the wrong name on it. Multiple attempts were made to contact company via email and Facebook messenger which went unanswered!
False advertising. Purchased wood bench with metal figurines. When arrived the figurines were resin “painted metal colour” very cheaply made and not what was advertised especially for the price! Bad customer service not helpful at all
The Item I ordered took over 30 days to arrive, far beyond the advertised time, they made a mistake on the item but would not fix, would not honer their own return or replace policy. All around a bad experience
If I could do zero stars I would. Apart from taking so long to eventually arrive even though getting duped into auto paying extra for premium service 😂😂. When it arrived all the personal names were wrong. When I emailed to complain they showed me a photo of someone else’s order and said that’s what I ordered. It all comes from China and is basically the crappest quality you could imagine Avoid so bad
Don't order from here. Seriously just run away. Orders seem to never get placed or you will be waiting MONTHS to get your product. Customer service sucks and there is conveniently NEVER a supervisor on shift. That's also if your product shows up in one piece. Quick to take your money and slower than frozen dog crap to get your product to you
Ordered a coloured LED lamp and only white lamp arrived. Contacted customer service and was originally told I wasn't using product correctly,, however as it turned out I was and they had sent me wrong product. Have been trying to get a replacement now for over 3 weeks and countless emails with no luck. Quality of product not the best either...
This website is fake and takes peoples money without supplying the goods do not use it
I ordered two moon lamps, the quality is so poor and they look tacky to lamps I've bought similar in the past. My acrylic actually broke when trying to insert into base, would never ever recommend these products
I purchased things for my partners on the 3rd of January. I went online and ended up coming across the PhotoMoon Lamp company. I purchased things late November - Early December. I got told that the things I purchased would be arriving from 2-4 working days. Being in a small town that's more then 400km from anywhere, I expected it to be 2 weeks+ for delivery. Ended up buying it and the items were even sent for 2 weeks, after the 2 weeks (before I finally got told the items were sent) I emailed them asking for a refund because I knew the Christmas period would make the parcel late. I had to email them requesting the item to be canceled and refunded multiple times (IN THE SAME THREAD) and it was completely ignored by the person I was emailing. Ended up cancelling through AfterPay. Finally received the product on the 17 of January. And the quality was atrocious. The wood was a $2 you could have gotten from Bunnings. The moon lamp was poorly made and the photo that I wanted attached to it looking so bad that a 3 month old baby would have created art compared to that. I wasted almost $300 including shipment costs on rubbish that I could have done easily by myself with 100th of the amount of money that it cost me through PhotoMoonLampAlso, another thing- even though it says it's an AU store, it's actually a Chinese brand store. So don't believe the AU part of their name
Moon lamp took over 3 weeks to arrive, and the shipment was incomplete didn't include charging cable. Support couldn't give me a response on what type of cable is required. And took a week to tell me they were going to ship a new cable and gave me a tracking number that still shows that their overseas mail service never rec'd the item from them. (Never shipped)Tried multiple power adapters and cant get it to power on. 6 weeks in and still have a useless globe. and no support.
Still waiting on Christmas ornament ordered been 5 weeks now contacted business several times to only keep getting same response 15 day dispatch time from when posted not an Australian business orders come from China on the slowest boat that must always be at Sea never again will I purchase from them Buyers be aware
Bought 2 personalised lamps. They both arrived scratched, they offered a 20% refund but I demanded they be replaced and I was sent replacements.Then after 4 months of using the lamp it stopped working. I contacted them again to get a replacement but they refused and offered a 10% refund. I had to threaten department of fair trading.They sent me a replacement lamp base but it was the plane light not the rainbow colour changing light like I had originally ordered. The offered me 20% off on my next order. I will not be purchasing from them again. The emails have gone quiet now.
