I contacted Phila Mortgage Brokers and they seemed all in to assist me.Three weeks later I could still not get a return call.Totally unprofessional and user beware!

Highly recommend!
I would highly recommend Philadelphia Mortgage Brokers. They recently assisted me in purchasing a home in NJ. Paul Carson, Andy Stahl and their processing team were all great. Personable and professional. They all worked closely with me to ensure the process was smooth and successful. They are military friendly and knowledgeable with VA loans which was important to me. The team was always available to answer all my questions and made sure I wasn't missing anything. They also provided me with great referrals for various homeowner needs. I would not be in my lovely new home without this team. 5 out of 5 stars!!!

We even started our journey late on a Friday afternoon early evening and he was accessible and dedicated a great amount of time to us in helping us figure out what to do! Easiest refinance I've ever done
I've done a couple of new and refinance mortgages with Paul and team, and they have always been great to work with. I trust they know the market, are looking out for my interests, and are on top of any issues that may come up. The rate and terms on this loan option they found made it a no-brainer, and getting it done was an absolute breeze from application to closing.

Excellent experience; Paul and his team were in touch with us thorough out the process. They answered every possible question we had. They were instrumental in helping us purchase our home; since this is a fast moving market, we had to submit offers fast, and they were able to respond quickly.

We started our mortgage refinance in January and then when COVID-19 came along a wrench was thrown in our plans. Our team was constantly communicating with us about delays and advocated for us with the bank. So thankful we were able to refinance and save, now more than ever!

April 20, 2020 To: The Prospective Home Buyer, I am taking time to present this review because it is important to give proper credit to those who go above and beyond to help others while exceling in their natural career environment. In this review I am speaking of a gentleman whom I have never met before or in person but felt comfortable enough to trust and transact with virtually online and by telephone for our entire home financing process. Tom Fellenz (Senior Mortgage Consultant at the Philadelphia Mortgage Brokers office). I have purchased several properties in the past and by far Tom has been the most efficient professional and knowledgeable mortgage consultant that I have ever dealt with. He is very result focused, persistent in adverse situations, and carefully methodical. He is very experienced with all types of home funding including; Government backed loans, VA, FHA, USDA, and conventional loans, with all types of schedules and terms to fit your specific needs. He returns calls promptly and follows up on critical document procurement swiftly. Amazingly he was able to close our loan with a fantastic lender and interest rate in less time than it took us to obtain the purchase property. I would like to thank Tom for all his professionalism while helping us to access funding for our new home.
