Simple process
The process is simple. My doc emailed the rx to PhilRx, someone touched base with me to set up an account, and I had my rx eyedrops in short order. Everyone i've talked with so far has been friendly and efficient.

Alarming lack of commitment to patient safety and customer service
PhiRx emailed me 1/28/26 to process a medication refill. As of 2/16/26, it still had not shipped. On 2/20/26, PhilRx said they'd obtained a new copy of the prescription, despite the prior Rx having multiple refills left. On 2/21 and 2/23/26, three separate PhilRx employees told me they would expedite processing and shipment of the refill. As of 2/26, PhilRx's website and staff say they have no record of any prescription associated with me at all.I have been promised follow-ups by phone and email on multiple occasions, none of which has occurred. I ran out of medication more than two weeks ago, and I have no idea when or even if I'll receive this refill that is now a month overdue.PhilRx's whole business is built on mediating between patients, prescribers, insurers, and pharmacies to create a seamless experience. Yet they've become an incredible obstacle to my accessing my medication.Were this a life-sustaining medication, PhilRx's conduct would create serious danger. Based on other public reviews, dozens of others have had similar experiences, which says all you need to know about this company's commitment to patient safety and customer service.

Refill always on time
Refill always on time. Communication through text and email always prompt. No copay when my medication would cost me $1500 a month w/out insurance. I have been so pleased with PhilRx. I am so thankful for the excellent work they do!
