I purchased The K9 Cruiser from PetsVet Supply and I’m very happy with the quality of the Cruiser. It’s made of a sturdy material that is sewed well and constructed with keeping your dog’s safety in mind. An adjustable harness is included to prevent your pet from being a projectile. It is spacious and contains your dog making clean up easy. Assembly is quick and it folds up into a nice thin bag when not in use.
They charged me twice for my order, and then would not respond to email or phone requests to resolve this, plus the dog stairs I bought don't work for a Tahoe and they did not respond for a return until after the return deadline expired so now I am stuck with a useless product that is overpriced compared to Amazon for the same thing.
Asked a few questions about the ramp’s weight limit and their customer support answered patiently and thoroughly. Shipment didn’t take long either and the ramp easily holds my big dog. Great product backed by solid service. Happy customer right here yes I am
I was putting in my dog bed for the back seat of my truck and went to connect the strap around the back headrest and one of the connector clips is broken and won’t hold that side up. Not happy after paying 150.00 for it so my dog is comfortable in the back seat of the truck. Please Help me out with this Situation. Thank you Jeff Sutinen 248-721-3398
The seat cover and ramp combo is just chefs kiss. My dog used to hate car rides pacing, whining, stress everywhere. Since we got the seat cover and ramp, he hops in, settles down, and doesn’t move until we arrive. It’s made a world of difference for both of us. Calm, clean, and comfy rides are epected from now on
The advertisement did not mention assembly. I only have one working hand so impossible for me to insert the boards. Nothing was attached so Im outside and the straps blew away in the winds. The zipper was broke.
The cover is amazing good quality and fits my 2023 RAV 4 perfectly! The padded slip proof cushy cover is so soft!!
Your items were not the same as described when I ordered them. Nor did they come together in a professionally labeled box with the company information. Your products came separately in an amazon box with no label. The bed topper wasn't even the same topper I purchased, it was a thin blanket star pad if you even what to call it that. The 2nd package was the vehicle liner also in an unknown amazon box with no information. very small thin package so there isnt much confidence in your products. When I asked for a refund you charged me taxes and warranty even though I never used the products and shipped them right back to you. I now have to file a claim with my bank to fight for the 60. your company stoled causing me more of a headache all because I returned your product.
I have bucket seats with a huge gap in the middle. Who knew the cruiser would be sturdy enough to keep my 75lbs golden comfortable. It's been 4 months and still sturdy. Really great product!
I cannot say enough good things about the K9 Cruiser. I bought one a month ago for my SUV and bought another one today for my husband's truck. Our dog sheds like crazy and the K9 Cruiser has kept every bit of hair off the seats and the floor. I have to mention that the customer service is top notch. They go above and beyond to make your purchase with them the best.
They added an item to my order that I DIDN’T NOT ORDER! Then said they’d cancel it and refund me. After several emails and voicemails they finally issued a refund. What’s weird is the item shipped from Amazon??? Happy to have my refund but won’t order from them again
I ordered the K9 Cruiser Value Bundle from PetsVet Supply for $103.97. The advertised bundle was supposed to include Priority shipping, a mystery gift, a dog seatbelt, the K9 Cruiser hard-bottomed backseat protector, a $25 gift card, and they offered free returns (for an extra $3.98).What I received from Amazon was a made-in-China NYRVEXA hard-bottomed dog car seat, which Amazon lists for $32.99, and NONE of what they promised!Feeling duped, I contacted “JAY” at PetsVet to complain about it and request a refund. It literally took twenty emails to get my money returned, and they shorted me $3.98. I thought I was supporting a small American business. Apparently, I was not. A Google Maps search of their Sheridan, WY, address shows only a mail-forwarding service. Who knows where they’re actually located, and I suspect “Jay,” the so-called customer service agent, looks more like a computer chip than what his grinning piehole pic on their website suggests.This was the worst customer service ever, bar none! On Jun 12, 2025, my Visa statement shows I paid PetsVet Supply $103.97. On Jul 6, 2025, my visa statement shows a $99.99 refund from PetsVet Supply. I believe this proves that PetsVet Supply DID NOT refund me my full amount! Apparently, Trustpilot doesn't allow for uploads, so I can't post proof of their lies. I will, however, post them on my Facebook page and anywhere else that I can. In my opinion, PetsVet Supply is an unscrupulous company, or as Rocky, the protagonist from my favorite science fiction novel, would say, they are BAD, BAD, BAD!

This company sold me a seat cover that was broken. The zipper that separates the front from the back was faulty and essentially provided no type of barrier for my dog in the backseat. The product was BROKEN when I received it. They sent me a return label without providing the expiration date time period. They sent that after the fact. I could see if I just didn’t like the product or something of that nature. But the item was broken when I received it. The company should replace it even if I was a day late returning it. They should have felt bad for sending me a product that was faulty. So yea… first time and last time ever using this company. I wasted $100 on the item.and all those positive reviews on social media are likely because they block the pages of reviewers who they didn’t appropriately serve. Never again.
I got my k9 cruiser and absolutely loved the fit but one of the clips broke. I contacted them and they handled this immediately and had me send that one back and shipped a replacement immediately. Very happy with the item and how quickly they resolved my issue. Would definitely buy from them again in the future
I emailed the company before I ordered. I asked for the country of origin. I was told California. I said great they are made locally and I won't have to wait for chinese junk sold on temu. WRONG! The flag pillow arrived first from Amazon. I was completely confused. I didn't order anything from Amazon. Next the hard matt has never showed up. I'm in CA as well. Odd! So I open the Amazon package and it is the pillow with the American Flag on it. It is labeled made in china. I email the company and everything has a "30 day return policy" So in order for them not to be able to say " you kept the pillow over the 30 day mark. Now you own it" I will have to send it back now. Then I will have to ship make the rest of and when it ever gets here.
