Wish I'd read the reviews! Absolutely shocking toys. Took weeks to arrive even though advertised as a UK address. Tried to cancel products as was taking too long but would not allow. Ordered cat toys. But when arrived clearly marked dog toys. Absolutely useless for cats too big by far. Waste of money & poor quality.

I am extremely disappointed with PetHeaven’s service.PetHeaven uses DPD Laser, which has been completely useless. The parcel tracking shows multiple “unsuccessful delivery attempts,” yet no one has contacted me at all. There were no calls, messages, or delivery attempts.What makes this worse is that PetHeaven’s own customer service line does not work, and despite repeated attempts, there has been no response on their WhatsApp line either. This leaves customers with absolutely no way to get assistance or resolve issues.As a customer, I expect basic communication and accountability — especially when there is a delivery problem. Unfortunately, this experience has been frustrating and unacceptable.I would not recommend PetHeaven based on the lack of customer support and their choice of courier.

Love the products but service was not great at all. Express service was a nightmare and I had to ask to be refunded for a services I did not receive. The person dealing with it was uninterested in retaining my business clearly.

Efficient, reliable and quality of food and products the best. Customer Service and delivery schedules exceeded expectations. I have used the years ago on scheduled deliveries and went back to them as their service cannot be matched. You won't find better.

I ordered a dog training device April 7, 2024. April 10th my order had not shipped or processed and I needed to adjust the delivery address. I attempted to submit a form on their website and it asked for my order number. I entered the order number and when I submitted it, I received a response that the order number was invalid. I tried two more times then went a different route where an order number wasn't required. Of course it went to a different department but I needed to reach someone and get my correct order number.I received an email reply that said it was too late to change the order, they can't do it and I need to do it on line. They never addressed the incorrect order number. I cannot do anything on line without the correct order number.So I emailed again and received an email that said my order was shipped and to track it with rhe tracking number. They did not provide the tracking number and when I looked on my account, the item had not shipped. I emailed at least 6 more times just to get the correct order number and I received generic robo responses. I called the customer service number and listened to an out dated authentic robot message telling me to use the link. Then I received the link on my phone. It's the same email I've been sending unanswered messages to.The website says they are in San Francisco however the voice says Bangladesh. The internet says South Africa. The website says 24/7 customer service and offers a Chat room that doesn't work.They offer refunds however the fine print has all the rules and fees involved. Do not do business with these scammers.

I ordered food, the order was scheduled to be delivered on the 18th, there was an error on my profile with the contact number on my profile, it was corrected and I requested for the food to be delivered the same day or the next based on us travelling, I put express delivery for a reason and I'm sending emails continously yet no delivery, it's sad because when I checked track my order the delivery scheduled was for the 18 December 2023.

Terrible service, ignored my emails as well 2 weeks no delivery asked them to replace items of FOOD brand that they have in stock for RESCUE FURBABIES but ignored requests.

I read all these reviews about bad service from petheaven and I feel for the person who has had this service. I have had nothing but good service. If I email a query I am answered either the same day or the next with a call or an email. I am notified a few days prior to deduction from my account and I can change things beforehand. The food is delivered on the day they say they are delivering. I guess if you live far out, or if there is nobody there to receive things, then yes your delivery is not as reliable. I want to thank the people at petheaven for making my life easier and always being helpful

BAD SERVICE!
They do not even deserve this 1 star. Very bad service. Have not received my parcel since order date 12 Jan. They ignore your emails and do not answer any phones. Hope the food is not wrotten when they eventually deliver.

Absolutely disgusting service. My delivery was suppose to be delivered on 22/12/2022, I phoned on 23/12/2022 and they promised it would be delivered 23/12/2022. I cannot get hold of either Petheaven nor the courier Wumdrop. No one answers the Whatsapp messages or on the call centre.There is a reason I ordered the food for my cats, as their food was almost finished. Waiting 4 days for them to deliver and no one answers the phones or messages.I will never order from Petheaven again!!!!Empty promises of 1 day delivery or the next day delivery. You are inhumane to say the least!!!Pathetic!!!!!! I want a refund so that I can buy food for my cats that is starving!!!!!!

Stay away from Pet Heaven!!!
After waiting exceptionally long for my delivery, I received a worm infested product! I reported this to the company was promised a refund and was asked to keep the worm infested product for collection. Now I'm still waiting and they simply ignore emails! Absolute thieves! Stay away from this company.

Order never arrived; no customer service (like a scam)
I had four days to receive dog crates from the, vital to me being able to move with my dogs out of the country. Their delivery was late, never came, and worse, they have no customer service line that answers calls and take days to respond to emails or WhatsApp messages. I wasted hours trying to figure out if I should expect my delivery or not. They are completely unreliable.

The worst customer service I have received in many years. There is no means of making contact with the company - not by phone, email, whatsapp, facebook, or any other channels. You'll receive a response, but only 24 to 48 hours later and it's not useful at all. Says nothing other than they're busy and delayed.Now that my order has arrived, items are missing and still no means of contacting the company.

Concern for the company.
Pet Haven is an ok place to bring your pet. My only concern is how the animal are treated. (Not much care at all.) Mainly, the cats are treated with the least respect. Once they arrive, they are supplied with food, water and litter box then they are placed in a small kennel like room. Key note: room is never cleaned nor is the litter box cleaned and changed during the duration of their stay. Gratefully, the food and water is changed daily. Once time comes for them to go, they are practically snatched out of their space by their necks and sometimes handled with pure aggression; with a towel at hand. I pray desperately for this place. I strongly believe that this place lacks many resources. I wish that a something can be done to help them with training for the staff, financial resources, and an abundance of supplies for the animals. The staff is very nice and I believe that their hearts are in right place. They just need all hands on deck in order for their business to grow and prosper. Many Blessings upon them they deserve it all.

Not impressed at all...been waiting 7 days for my delivery and as a result of that was my dog without food for 2 days and I have to purchase another bag of food...but pet heaven got my money already 😡😡😡😡😡.and when i call them to ask where is my order the lady promised me that she will call me back and I am still waiting for her call it the next day already.....I will be taking my business elsewhere

Hi, Purchased 2 bags of dog food, i was notified of order confirmation, i was notified when order was collected and delivery occurred very quickly - 2-3 days. They even called when my address details were not 100% clear. Very happy with service will definitely use them again.Tessa van Wyngaarden
