Awful company. Jacked up prices change all the time (increase) without notice, they bill you higher than you agreed, AND - if the food goes out of stock, you won't find out until your delivery day when you say "where's my food" and they say "we don't carry it anymore". THANKS GUYS! Now I need to go find the special vet diet dog food locally with no notice because you didn't have the courtesy to send out an email ahead of my delivery day.
Can't get an honest price out of them. When they offer specials, the items are always out of stock. Price of food I currently use has gone up 30%. I understand there are increases in contents, but not that much. Tried to talk with Customer Service and they are worthless. Going to do more research and find another company to purchase my cat food from.
