Very minimal help from staff. Bought a helmet, found out later they should have measured my head for best helmet fit. They tried to sell me the display goggles that the lenses were all scratched. Thankfully I noticed in the parking lot and returned them.

I purchased a ski jumpsuit and was pleased that the fit was perfect. I used the chart online and was very pleased to find that it was accurate. The suit is beautiful , warm and comfortable. Very happy with my ski suit. Great customer service

Product as described. I forgot to setup an account during checkout, so I have no tracking information and I need the ski pant over the weekend. So I contacted the company via email and received tracking information and arrived on time. Satisfy overall experience.
