Hi Everytime I have a question or a problem…Petcube Team are there to help and support me in any manner.And the Petcube 2 lite bundle is the best camera I’ve ever used.
Very disappointed. Yes another device with costly subscription. Kept it a few days- it missed every event I actually needed it for and no way to scroll back through the evening - no SD card slot, no continuous recording. I will be returning it
I had a problem with my Petcube tracker and I reached out to customer service. Not only did they respond quickly, but they were extremely nice and kept me updated with the status of my case. When we weren't able to fix the problem with my tracker (a problem with the silicone case only) , Petcube sent out a whole new tracker! It's so refreshing to see that there are still companies that strive to offer excellent customer service. They now have a customer for life!
Ur product is not working. I've sent NUMEROUS emails and have NOT gotten a response. I want to return the product before warranty expires, but you do not provide a return address or a phone number, and are NOT responding to my emails. Horrible customer service.
This was my first order here. it was pretty smooth but the product was kinda meh. not terrible but not what I dreamed about. probably use it again if I have to.
I have emailed pet Uber twice asking for return details. The GOS trackers is wsy too large for my tiny puppy. I have not received any reply from the company. Product is great but customer service is not

With its good design and relatively low price, this product is not fully developed. After 15 years on the market, they could have already refined the product and set reasonable prices, rather than following our Ukrainian style (the fewer orders, the higher the price for additional services; we have to earn what we want, and that's how it works for you).So, the pros:1. The price of the product is NOT high.2. Good design.3. Easy to install.4. Excellent image quality.Cons:1. The camera cannot be connected to an external speaker and data storage device2. The camera cannot be connected to the internet via a cable (as everyone knows, Wi-Fi routers slow down the internet)3. When playing with the laser, the laser does not keep up with the controller and often shines in the wrong direction4. When the image is zoomed in, other functions stop working, including the laser, speaker, and microphone, and nothing can be turned on or off.5. The automatic laser game is terrible; the laser shines anywhere but the floor.6. The camera works for exactly two hours, after which it apparently goes into sleep mode and the app shows it as offline. The camera does not return to working mode even with a paid subscription to additional services (all possible error options and connections to different Wi-Fi networks and modems have been checked — the problem is on your side).7. The paid version connects easily, but the option to disable it is hidden, for which you can expect a class action lawsuit. This manipulation works in Ukraine but not in the US and EU. Here, it is considered user deception.8. Paid services are a good idea, but they work terribly. All notifications are the same: ‘Your dog has appeared in the camera's field of view,’ but there are no promised notifications (iPhone 14 Pro with the latest firmware) on specific topics.9. Notifications may arrive when the camera is turned off, several hours after it has been turned off.10. Why does video recording turn on when the user just wants to look at their pet? You have buttons to turn on recording. Maybe I don't want to record. On the other hand, automatic recording is useful, but I haven't seen a single camera device that charges money for recording.11. The price for additional services seems to have been pulled out of thin air. Professional services for marketers are cheaper, so why pay here? For poorly designed services? 5-7 roubles is still acceptable for this crap, but 20 or even 40 is unjustified greed.In general, the conclusion is simple: the price of the camera corresponds to its quality, but the price and quality of additional services are terrible and scare people away from you.I recommend buying the camera, but I do not recommend paying them even a penny for additional services.The most important thing is that instead of dealing with negative feedback appropriately, their marketers simply try to delete reviews.
Pet Cube cameras work very effectively. We originally had 3, then got a 4th and recently added a 5th so we can see our dog wherever she goes.

I aa getting charged twice a month and cannot get a response form PETCUBE.
It has worked perfectly no matter where I am. I can check on my pets at home. I even talk to them and they come up to the speaker
I first reached out to inquire about their filters (they hadn't listed them yet) Prompt response explaining that my tech guy was going to reach up the chain. A month later they were listed, so I bought the fountain and filters. Absolutely love this product. The UV light is impressively subtle. The only reason I knew it was on, was the indicator light. While the biofilm isn't 100% eradicated, it is vastly reduced. I can go a full month before the product needs a light cleaning.
While initially unhappy with the product, CS reached out and was able to solve the main problem: twice failed cameras turn out to be an issue with the cable charging block set up and not the actual camera. Unfortunately, there are some things beyond the control of the camera.Good - it records continuously so you can watch your pet if you want.Bad - NO notifications (creating the need to actually have to watch your petsGood - Set up is pretty easy with the QR codeBad - Breaks and stops working permanently extremely quickly for a product that should last for years or at the very least a year. Turns out this was the charging block/cable and not the camera as Technical Agent was able to assist with.Good - easy to tilt where you need, but not great since the cord does limit thisBad - the LIGHTS are super annoying to the pet when they want to sleep at night so unless you constantly UNPLUG the device, don't have it near the sleeping area unless you want to have your pets annoyed by both the BLUE and RED lights.Good - Customer Service actually cares to resolve problems, and thanks to that, I have increased my rating up to a 4.Bad the device keeps RESETTING without notice to the MAKE SOUND when I turn on the camera. It is RANDOM and no way to stop it from happening. Sometimes it happens after a power failure, sometimes it just happens. I Feel that if I as the person who bought this camera wants to have NO sound notification and I set it that way it should STAY that way and not keep changing back to sound without my permission. It wakes up my pet. Now this probably wouldn't happen if there were the notifications that are advertised when you purchase the device, but nope, that is false since it in fact requires additional payments.These companies get you to purchase their products with certain promises, but then you get trapped into things when they either falsely mislead you into believing something or change it after the fact.
I like that I can check on my fur kids while I'm at work. I'm using the camera without a subscription so the video and audio is a little glitchy but I'm ok with it. I also like that I have control of the audio and that I can scan the room side to side and up and down. Great product.
This company is extremely unprofessional and not customer friendly at all.They did not do anything for me when my cube stopped working for no reason. I said my petcube was broken that I purchased in November of 2024. They asked for a receipt which is ridiculous, but I asked my 68 year old mother to look for it. She sent me her bank transactions with the transaction on it, which is clearly not a receipt. I went to the Target we purchased the faulty petcube and was told Target doesn’t keep receipts for more than 60 days. Petcube did not send me a new petcube as I was told they would.I am very dissatisfied. Nothing was resolved and their product stopped working for absolutely no reason after less than a month of owning it. I will not be a revisiting customer and I find it extremely offensive they keep sending me coupons for their product that broke for no reason. I wish they would leave me alone unless they plan on sending me a new petcube.
I had a change of modem and was having issues the petcube camera being able to see the 2.4 wifi. After trying everything with my internet provider I tried asking the petcube team for any ideas, even though it wasn't a camera problem. I'm very happy I did, the team were great. Gave me a number of options (not given by the internet company) about how to troubleshoot and figure out how to get my cameras working again.After getting them working, then not a couple of times and the team helping me through more options each time I'm very happy to say they are up and running!! I should also say, they could have tried to up sell me to a product that works on 5Ghz but they didn't and worked with me to get the products / camera's I had up and working. I think them very much in getting me back up and running as it was getting frustrating getting now help from the internet provider in regards to modem settings.
