Never used this service before in my travel, but I really enjoyed it. From the moment I landed people were very helpful and made sure I knew my gameplan. The tours were fun and informative and the places I stayed were very nice.
Rylee our travel advisor, has been very patient with us with last minute travel changes and cancellations. She has been very helpful in helping us navigate the sudden change in our plans.This has been the second time that we have worked with her and she has given us good hotels and great guides.
Our Peru trip was amazing, extremely well planned with the tours and also time on your own. The guides were very knowledgeable and polite and transportation to and from different locations was seamless. I could not have had a better experience!
I worked with Maribell at Peru For Less for many months with many great suggestions from her. Very professional and helpful throughout, including last minute changes as airlines changed their schedules.She created a really great tour to see the highlights of Latin America in a relatively short timespan. We were always met on time at each airport, taken to our hotel and briefed about the day tours. Reduced my stress levels a lot! :-)Overall excellent and I would thoroughly recommend.
The price was good. They gave us a lot of information and kept us informed. The people who met us and transported were friendly and professional. The hotel was awesome and the two tours were better than we expected.

We had an excellent experience planning our trip with Peru For Less. Starting from day 1 of planning to the day of travel, we were working with the same travel agent. Eli Cabrera was great to work with to customize our trip. We went through many iterations of modifications and refinements to the itinerary before purchasing the trip and she was super informative, accommodative and patient in working with us on those changes. As a result, we crafted a very suitable itinerary that worked best for our time and interests. We had numerous questions before the trip and agent was able to answer those and share helpful information in clear and timely manner. Throughout the planning process, we received consistent, reliable service. At no point, we felt pushed to purchase any activity or hotel or service. All the communication from planning to execution was clear and prompt. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience in planning and booking our trip. We booked our own hotels, flights and coordinated rest of the planning with Peru For Less. The services provided by Peru For Less during our travel were top notch. All guides were very knowledgeable, friendly, english speaking and always on time. Cars provided were clean and spacious. Drivers were reliable and driving in very safe manner. When we got to Cusco, onsite agent received us at the airport and gave us orientation upon reaching our hotel. Her spending time with us to walk through itinerary and answer our Qs was a great start to our trip and gave us confidence in foreign land. Overall it was an awesome experience working with Peru For Less and would definitely recommend them for planning travel to Peru. Something that could be improved - 1. Cost for services felt expensive. Given the quality of service is flawless, I understand that cost would be higher but this could be improved some more. 2. More choices on hotels upfront would be useful. Initial choices felt very expensive and when asked for lower star'd hotels, we were provided only one choice. May be multiple choices would be great?

We had a great experience overall. Thanks to Sergio for detailed planning, patient responses and updating the itinerary based on our needs. Excellent execution even during the trip by the rest of the team. The tour guides were very good to explaining every detail and taking special interest in making us feel comfortable and enjoy our trip.
The itinerary was just right. Every guided tour was on time and someone was always there to meet us. When changes were required they jumped into action
Great experience. Very organized and detailed instructions. Tour guides excellent and small groups. Plenty of time to do things on our own as well. While it might have a cost a bit more than planning it out ourselves, not having to worry about logistics and having such knowledgeable and hospitable tour guide and accommodations was well worth it.

Bruno was out specialist that helped us plan a trip if a life time. Great communication before the trip with a list of suggestions that made our trip stress free. Picked up at the airport or hotel for all our excursions. Our guide Ruben in Cusco was very knowledgeable and fun. Had 2 wonderful days learning about the Inca civilization. Alcapacha Expeditons managed our 4 day trek to Machu Picchu which was awesome and inspiring. Great food, equipment and staff. Ended our trip in the Amazon staying at a Inkaterra eco resort enjoying the jungle and animals. Truly a trip of a lifetime
They were very diligent and helpful. They were very precise about all the details of the logistics and they followed through on everything promised.They also provided competitive pricing. The quality of the people booking and the guides and drivers on the tour were all excellent.
