The book cover they designed honestly blew me away. I gave them a rough idea of what I wanted, and what they delivered looked professioneal enough to sit on a bookstore shelf. The color palette, fonts, and overall layout matched the tone of my story perfectly. It’s the first thing people compliment.
Penguin Publishers provided thoughtful and effective PR Publication services, helping us share our story with the right audience. Their team was approachable, professional and genuinely invested in our success
I signed up with them almost a year ago. I just found this at the real penguin random house website that includes a fraud dept. I tried to attach the link but TrustPilot doesn’t allow it. Just add /prh-fraud/, at the end of the penguinrandomhouse (dot com),and you’ll find the list of fraudulent sites that use Penguins name. I worked with Frank Watson (who has disappeared), and others but have never had 1 sale. They even came back and asked for more money. I’m in the process of pursuing a lawsuit for fraud. They have changed their .com to a .net and now a .org, but trust me they are the same company. You can also find many people who have left reviews at Reddit. Hopefully you haven’t given them any money.
These people seem to know what they're doing. They are essentially a marketing support for authors. I find them much more responsive and proactive than a convential publisher. They are not cheap but they are very thorough.(they are not the UK Penguine company,)
Penguin Publishers has no relationship with Penguin Books, Penguin Publications, or Random House. Penguin is based in NY not CA. I was told that Penguin Publishers was a spin-off of Penguin Books for self publishing, but there is no documentation of Penguin ever spinning off Penguin Publishers. Given this, would an honest company use a name that appears to be associated with a large firm in the same industry? I was fooled by these scammers but fortunately did not send any money. BEWARE!! Strange that Trust Pilot has good reviews for them. Seems like Trust Pilot has been scammed!
I am thankful to penguin publishers for their support in bringing my work to reality. I highly endorse their services.
