Unfortunately I had some issue receiving my order, but I think if I criticize I must be as willing to compliment... PCKT took care of any issue I had and I think that's what matters. As in life nothing's perfect but they absolutely stand behind their product and for what it's worth the product I purchased is AMAZING!!! The SPRK pro cartridge is everything it's said to be and I am truly impressed...
Title: Unsafe advice and no real supportI ordered two SPRK 3 cartridges directly from PCKT and both arrived defective the same day I got them. The metal mouthpiece insert with the rubber seal popped out of the ceramic top with almost no pressure and could not be seated back in safely. When I contacted support, they told me to “put some glue on the ceramic mouth piece part” and try to use it like that instead of offering a refund or replacement.I’m not going to glue a part that goes in my mouth and heats cannabis oil. After I pushed back and explained why that was unsafe and that the carts were unusable out of the box, support stopped responding entirely. I will probably end up having to dispute the charge with my bank because I paid for products that were defective on arrival and never made right.The hardware looks nice but feels like cheap junk in practice, and the customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. I won’t buy from PCKT again and would not recommend their cartridges or their support.
Not a durable product. It will hardly last a year. Cheap glued assembly with appearance of quality due to the aluminum housing. I've owned both PCKT One Plus and PCKT Two, both failed around the year mark with no warranty. For $60-$70, its laughable. Low quality products don't last on the market.
Scam company, sell defective carts, they will take your money and then not respond. Customer service an absolute joke. Well done Nicholaus Theobald for creating a scam company with a low trust pilot rating. Like the rest of the world I will never buy anything from America again.
I ordered a PCKT Two and upon receiving it charged it to full (green light). However, the only button on the item did not activate to change settings or activate a cartridge. I sent an email detailing my issue to customer service. The first of said literally "did you try another cart" - no Hello, no contact info, or general information usually included in a company communication. I proceeded to send 5 more emails - received one response, and was essentially ignored. They asked me to send back the product to they could start a warranty process. I said no, as this was a new product and I want a refund or a new item shipped. It's been 48 hours since my last ignored email and I sent them note letting them know I'd be disputing the charge with my credit card company using the lack of email responses as evidence. Overall appalling means of communication with a customer.
Placed an order. Instantly got an email saying shipped. Tracked it and it never left flordia. I emailed them with no response but automation. This is a scam company. There is no way to get a refund or response. Do not buy from this website…
I had my Pckt Two for less than six months. It stopped vibrating and wouldn't auto draw anymore. I wrote customer service regarding the situation and I was told to send it in. They received the vape on September 11th. It is now almost a month later and no word from customer service regarding the warranty or the item I sent in. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will make sure to create social media reviews regarding this experience. I've written then through email, Instagram, Facebook and more. Still no response.
Customer service is terrible. I have been trying to get my purchase that I ordered on September 12. It is now October 4. Can’t get anybody to email me back. Can’t find a phone number ,the payments already come out of my account. This is my third time ordering, and possibly my last.Kind of like the carts. They have a few issues though the battery pack is useless the cartridges work better on my vape mod than the battery I got from y’all. I doubt the battery issue might correct what problem I was having with the cartridges leaking. Thought it might been a heat issue not able to tell because the battery is not worth the price, I have to be in the cartridge around to get it to make contact or just sits there and vibrates electrically when you pay good money for a product you expect it to be right
Placed first order for cartridges, order arrived on time. One cartridge would not open for filling. I contacted customer service and they promptly sent replacement. Have just placed second order.
My vape was not working out the box but the customer service is great and helped me right away i think this is a reliable store with cool products and its normal for batteries not to work it happens but how my problem got solved is what is liked the most
I just bought several of these to try to save money on carts and every one of them were not working straight out of the box. Contacted the company about a refund and got absolutely no response. The shipping took almost twice as long as quoted. I don't know how there has ever been a positive review about this company. Total ripoff!!!
wow pcktvapor rocks..they are super fast .plus a great staff that was very helpfull..the ceramic carts are killa,,huge hits,great taste and refillable..you want the best cartridges go to pcktvapor..THANKS PCKT...
PCKT ONE. Customer service is great, had a faults was quickly fixed however the pckt one rarely works without significant adjustment to the screw on magnetic connector EVERY TIME. I've tried multiple of their connectors (only tried with 510) its practically USELESS.
Company-known design flaw in their previous flagship product, the PCKT One Plus. It hits inconsistently, then after 1 or more months of light use, fails to hit with auto draw and button. Only powers on and lights up. No refunds for failing products--only repairs, and customer pays return shipping. I've had to send mine back twice. Only refunds for unused, new purchases within 14 days of purchase. Looks pretty, but that's it.
Ceramic carts were good. Hit great. No clogging yet.Decent price.definitly would purchase again.
