Great Experience!
I try to take one international trip per year. For 2018 I picked Central Europe. My plan was to fly from Seattle to Budapest and from Prague back to Seattle. I started shopping around for flights (by that I mean few months of shopping around). I saw some 'good' deals come and go.Payless Flights constantly had the lowest air fares. When I saw the lowest prices and was ready to buy tickets. I looked at their (Payless Flights') reviews, and they were less than appealing. Their physical address, FLORIDA. Now I can't just drive to Florida from Seattle to conform their existence. So, I spent sometime looking at google street view but that did not help me much. Next morning I called them and the lady on the other side of the line seemed genuine-ish. I was told that the most common issue that people have is that their bank or credit card decline the payment to 'Payless Flights' and most people think they have booked the flights. Only to find out - later - that they don't have a reservation. The explanation kinda sorta somewhat made sense but I was still not convinced. Then I called my credit card company. Told them that I was about to buy flight tickets from somewhat shady website. They told me that they have me covered in case of a fraud. So, I went ahead and bought the tickets form paylessflight.com. Then called them to make sure everything was in line. Later I went to British Airways' website and plugged in the booking reference number and . . . they had my info. I called British Airways a couple days later to make sure there were no issues.P.S. It only took me better part of the year to write this review. Firstly, I rarely write reviews. Secondly, we are a lot less likely to write a review if we have a positive experience than vice versa. Today I read something that compelled me to write this review. I hope this is helpful.

DO NOT USE PaylessFlights unless you want fake tickets
DO NOT USE PaylessFlights, unless you want fake flight tickets. Even though we received confirmation of our flights and payment from PaylessFlights, when we went to the airport yesterday (13th February 2018) we were not booked onto the flight. We called PaylessFlights to ask why and they simply said that they had cancelled our flights. That's all. No apology. No reason why. We then had to buy last minute flights at the airport, which were more than 5 times the price. We only used this company as it came up through SkyScanner. Normally I trust SkyScanner, but now I will be a lot more careful. I will definitely NEVER be using PaylessFlights ever again and will go with more trusted companies like Tripsta or GoToGate etc.

I've now tried to get a flight 3 times
I've now tried to get a flight 3 times. I ordered a flight yesterday morning and immediately got a confirmation email. After almost 12 hours I got an email saying my card was denied. Nothing else, not mentioning why or what to do next. I go to their website and the price is still the same, so I order the flight again, but with a different card, and I got the confirmation again. I wake up to a new email saying that my card was denied again. I've now for the third time with a third card tried to get a flight. If this doesn't work I'm done with this website. Complete waist of time.Update:My third card finally went through and I've checked my booking references on the airlines website and they're all there.

I had to fly for the funeral of my beloved grandfather. As soon as I heared the news, I run at the airport and went to Delta Airlines. I was shocked when they told me $ 3000. Then I remembered that I have purchased from PaylessFlights.com before. I called in and was amazed from the deal they gave me - I flew for $900 same day flight - Orlando to Amsterdam round trip. Thank you!

I thought I return ticket DC-Paris thru …
I thought I return ticket DC-Paris thru their website at night for 641 dollars - when you can't reach them by phone - but did not receive any email confirmation within 48. As time was short, and it seemed the ticket had not been processed, I bought the near same flight {leaving same day, about same time, also with AA, also with one step over, same flight time, and one day later back, same time etc., but one day later, because same date was not available any more}, only 40 dollars more expensive thru another web based company. It was immediately confirmed by email etc. Two days later - and after zero emails from PaylessFlights, I discovered that Payless had charged the $641 on my card. I call with them, and they say: "but did you check your Spam?!" My Spam? Why should I check my spam when I buy something for 641 dollars? Do you ever in your life receive a ticket confirmation in your Spam? So these idiots know that this happens to their emails, but they don't warn their clients, and don't change their email routing or whatever. They did agree to reimburse, as they saw I bought the same ticket once again. Yet, three days later, no rembursement. So I call back: "Oh, but we've send the paperwork to Iberia and have yet to hear from them!". As if Macy's, before reimbursing a returned T-shirt, first has to contact Kelvin Klein. I bought from Payless, not from Iberia, and it was Payless who decided to send me a confirmation in my spam, in stead of regular inbox. Didn't want to put me thru to a supervisor either ("is in a meeting"). Then they tell me: "it will anyway take 4 to 6 weeks before you get something back". So I call them again, in an effort to find a maybe somewhat better informed person and get a guy who first puts me on hold for 20 minutes and then states: "Oh, we've gotten an answer from Iberia: they're not going to reimburse you because it's not the exact same flight". Why would someone in their right mind buy two tickets? If you want to leave a day later, you would pay 200 dollars change fee, but not a whole new ticket! It's just their Spam issue, but they try to get away with it. Terrible client service. Send them 8 emails about this, zero response. Don't buy from these folks.

If Only Paylessflights Was Better Business Bureau (BBB) Accredited
When searching for airfares on Momondo, I discovered paylessflights.com, which had very attractive fares. I even called their customer service number and was very impressed with the woman who assisted me. She went above and beyond and got back to me with answers to all the questions that I had. So far, so good. As a final due diligence measure, I went to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) web site to ascertain if paylessflights was BBB accredited. Unfortunately, they are not BBB accredited. For primarily this reason, I decided not to buy a ticket from them. Acquiring BBB accreditation would GREATLY help paylessflights establish its credibility and reputation with passengers/customers.
