Excellent communication by the concierge Lilly to select puppy, would have liked more timely verbal discussions regarding transportation arrangements. Very thorough explanations of expected next steps. Also would have preferred direct contact with the breeder.

Puppy tested positive for giardia we were blamed for
We received our puppy the insurance refused to help with bills she had giardia but we have never allowed her outside we received her at 3 months old the vet said she received it from her mother and even though it was supposedly a negative test we had her checked from our vet and she was positive.3 months later she is negative now after 3 different medications and several loads of washing lots of baths she has never been outside to smell anything or drink puddle water which was there excuse she is now 6 months old still has not been allowed outside just got the negative paperwork we potty trained her on pads in the house we have no other animals that live in the house. I'm so very thankful she is negative now 3 months later since we received her I late November will never buy from this company again.

Was sold puppy with preexistiing condition.
I purchased a dog and later found out that it had a kneecap behind its knee rather than in the correct place. My vet determined that this happened well before I received the dog (probably at birth). The insurance stated that it was not covered unless diagnosed in my first vet visit. I must assume that Pawrade does not check out its puppies before sale. I was denied even though it was evident that this condition happened before I owned the puppie. Don't use this company.

We purchased a Lhasa Apso from Parade that was filled with parasites
We purchased a Lhasa Apso from Parade. The week the puppy was to be delivered, we were informed it had coccidia which is a parasite so we waited a week so they could treat the puppy then ship the him the following week. I specificly stated that I have two other dogs and can't have a sick puppy sent to me as parasite are very contagious to other animal and humans. A week after I received the puppy the fecal result came back that he was infested with giardia which is another type of parasite. Not only did I have to treat the puppy but my other two dogs got it and it has cost me over two thousand dollars to have it treated because my other dog is older and had to be on a IV fluid with meds overnight at the vet. I now have to sterilize my furniture, floors , toys,bedding.... as the parasite can live up to a week without a host. This not only has been very costly but very time consuming with a week of work missed. I would never buy an animal from Parade. BEWARE!!!!

Easy process…could improve customer comms
The process was easy, well explained and very secure and structured. My only harp is the lack of breeder support upon purchase. I requested updated photos and breeder updates on development. Took a week to get 3 pictures. Aske for a few more and radio silence. My daughter thought the puppy was AI since the money was gone and getting updates was like picking teeth. Your breeders need to provide a more extensive package of pictures and pedigree once the puppy is paid for. You should send the package to the new family upon commitment of funds. Ceir

We have had the run around and we haven’t even got our puppy. We have had of this Thursday to drive to Springfield. It’s now Tuesday evening and still can’t get information on where to get him. They just keep saying we still have paperwork before a date can be made. Of course they have our money and we have no puppy 🐶

As soon as I called Pawrade to ask a question about the different types of puppy breeds, I was met with a knowledgable and friendly customer service Representative who directed me to puppy that would meet the type of puppy we were looking for and be perfect for our lifestyle. From the moment I reserved my puppy until I picked her up, I was guided along the every step and helped with any questions I had. I was able to meet with the breeder, as I picked my puppy up in person, which was nice because I could ask her about the puppies temperament and usual behavior. I highly recommend Pawrade to find your new furry best friend!

I was so excited about getting a new puppy. I made it clear as to what I was looking for, as I have a 12 yo 8 lb. maltepoo at home and was concerned for his welfare. Stayed in contact with the company, etc. When I received the 10 week old puppy, was shocked to see that he was already the size of my 12 yo. I have had the puppy for about 8 months now and he weighs 15 lbs. He is a puppy in every way, but spends most of his time terrorizing my 12 yo. It is awful. I know my lil guy won’t be around much longer and it kills me that his last days are me trying to protect him and from being pounced on continuously by a dog I DID NOT order and pay for. He is literally almost 3x the size of the puppy I was promised. I was completely deceived and am incredibly disappointed with being misled. I had asked for pictures of the parents of the puppy I was receiving. Never received. It is not my new pups fault at all. I had asked for a 6-8 lb. puppy and was lied to. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY TO SEND YOU THE SIZE OR WEIGHT YOU ARE PAYING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FOR.. IT IS so unfair to both me and my 12yo. I was given false information and feel totally lied to, but they made sure they got every dime. Paid $800 for delivery, therefore making it impossible to return an innocent puppy.
