I would leave zero stars if I was able to. My dog was seen and prescribed antibiotics. I always fill her antibiotics at Walmart. There was an issue with the milligrams. I had to contact Pawp numerous times to have them fix the situation and have it sent to the correct pharmacy. They decided to send prescription without fixing the issue to a different pharmacy that I never requested and then they told me that I chose that pharmacy. I however, did not choose that pharmacy. I looked into the pharmacy because they were not sending to the one that I requested three times. It took a week for my dog to get her medication and in that week, my dog started to decline and get worse. There is nobody you can speak to except through email and it takes days to get things resolved. As a matter of fact, I had to tell them I would leave a bad review and dispute my charges if my medication for my dog did not come through that is when I finally got the medication sent. I also got a message back quicker than any other message saying to refrain from threats because I said I was going to leave a review and dispute charges If this was not taken care of. Per my last email with them I informed them that there was absolutely not a threat and as promised here is my review, we should get our money back. Nothing was done for my dog, except for make her worse. I would not recommend this service to my worst enemy.

Misleading information and a waste of time
The app shows that my state is approved for virtual Rx appointments. I fulfilled the requirement to request the Rx appointment (chatted with a vet) when I then requested the Rx visit in told that it's not available. I emailed support and received a reply stating ohio is not approved for virtual Rx appointments. Such a misleading waste of my time. My poor dog is in pain and has mobility issues making it nearly impossible for an in person vet visit. I thought I'd found a solution to help my 15 y.o. dog. But no...Pawp lied. Thanks a whole lot

This has to be the best app worth it 100 percent, during a blizzard every business closed my boy Ace somehow broke his dew claw and it was flipped upside-down... he was bleeding all over... one of the pawp vets helped me so much and with a few Epsom salt soaks his little dew claw came off painlessly and the next day I could see another tiny nail start to grow in..

This is a wonderful service. Maria was above and beyond knowledgeable and compassionate. When she recommends items it gives me a link to my walmart.com account to order the items. She offered different options and was really patient while I typed all the information. You can. Also reference your chat transcripts anytime after ending the chat. Very helpful and I believe saved me a vet visit and put my mind more at ease about my precious cat.
