Quality, good. Customer service, frustrating.
The general quality of the product seems great. I, however, had 6 chairs out of 8 that had pieces that did not fit together. Numerous emails, pictures and videos sent. Finally agreed to send replacement parts.Weeks long process. They are STILL sitting somewhere, not moving (according to tracking). I am not able to utilize my purchase yet. I am not sure I will order the rest of my patio things from them.
