Really awful patio which l thought l would have to replace. Black spot removal used, hey presto back to its original condition. After first application l could see the stones changing colour in the first 15 /20 mins. Second application was on the stubborn areas although not many and now my patio is just superb. Follow the instructions and it works!

So pleased we found this company, transformed our house, the York stone patio was black, my husband was a little sceptical about it, but the difference it has made is amazing we can now see the lovely colours of the stone. Very friendly and professional company.
Arrived quickly and wondrous product! It has brought our Indian stone back to life. We did have to repeat treatment in a few areas but unsurprising as we were unable to pressure wash at all in 2025 due to the hosepipe ban. Customer service after an order went missing in transit was superb. Would recommend both the product and the company 😁

The monumental black spot remover was excellent on my garden statue and Amy from customer service dealt with my technical query in double quick time.You need to follow the personal protection information provided and never spray if there is a breeze.I wish I could include before and after photos,but be assured this product certainly does what it says with no need for scrubbing or power washing.I would give 6 stars if I could.

This stuff really works! We applied it twice to a black spot on the patio after we had tried everything else without success, and now it is completely gone. No scrubbing required either!

We had rust marks left by some scaffolding on the patio. After trying a couple of other products with no luck, I came to this. Poured on the slabs as per the instructions. Took an entire tub and several days of applications over a couple of weeks to even see it fade. It has now faded but still visible unfortunately.
Great product. Quite expensive but well worth it because it is so efficient. I have never used a product that restores stone so completely . Our 30+ year old sandstone comes up like new, no more black marks.
