Getting my test results fast was key to then getting the medical help I needed. I really appreciate how quickly my kit was processed, and I was able to access this information through my computer so I could quickly seek the medical help I required.
Since I've only made a purchase and haven't even sent anything back to be tested, all I can review is how making the purchase went.It was great except the fact I was never sent an email with any shipping info at all. After several days I emailed customer service and they got back to me very quickly, which was nice, and gave me the tracking number. And it turns out the day I asked about the purchase, it showed up in the mail.So just be aware that you might not get a shipping notification and you'll have to ask about it.
Today I had the pleasure of working with Marlon Gonzalez of MicroGenDx. I never expected such a wonderful experience as I received from him. He was incredibly kind, patient, compassionate, knowledgeable, thorough. and a very good listener. I can’t say enough positives! While trying to order the sinus key test, he made the whole process easy and seamless. I actually dreaded making the call because in the past, I dealt with someone who was very rude, short and offered no favorable assistance. I decided to give it another try since my Dr really wanted me to have this test done. He told me Medicare would cover this test!! Thank you MicroGenDx for hiring such a wonderful employee! He even said he hoped the test would find the answers to helping me to feel better! Who does that?!? I took his info so that in the future, I can ask for Marlon!! Oh, and before we hung up he asked if he could help me setup a patient portal!!
Excellent service. It not only detects bacteria that gets missed in common uti tests but the results are quick.
Nobody ever called me back.
At first I was a little frustrated because the results for both semen and urine came back as an "error". The semen still reports as negative, but the urine came back positive for bacteria that hadn't been picked up on the sample provided at the doctor's office. The results need to include a document on how to read the results. I am able to understand the "high points" of the results, but there is other information included that isn't very clear on what exactly is being reported.

I called customer service to get my results and the technologist was polite and immediately helped me get the results sent to me within minutes. Every step of the process was smooth. I feel very reassured.
Ex FC CD CD I ordered 2 test kitsOriginally but Dr would not sign off. Then she decided to sign it. Unfortunately I’m the interim of getting a test I ordered all this natural stuff and was working so I stopped to get it to leak again THEM I CAME DOWN WITH THE FLU AND NEEDED ANTIBIOTICS WHICH ALWAYS CLEAR MY SKIn UP FOR MONTHS ON END. So knowing my body was not gonna produce the leaking wound any time in the near future I called and explained
This test is very expensive with no gurantees. I have been waitting for over a week. Whiles my health continue to deteriorate
I dont know where to start with telling you how these tests will save a life. I kept running into hurdles with multiple visits to the doctor, er with sickness for over a year. I had sepsis with a long hospital stay. Microgendx test along with other tests were able help. I was so impressed with test results I purchased a test for my father. He is 81 and had a lung infection and doctor kept giving him antibiotics broad spectrum which was making him worse. He could hardly talk, took test results to doctor as had a fungal lung infection that took his voice. After 2 days of proper treatment he is starting to get his voice back, well worth the money and than some

MicrogenDX testing has been a total game changer in detecting my chronic UTI’s. So thankful it tells me the antibiotic that will work on my bacteria too.
