Ordered the NREMT Mastery Bundle
Ordered the NREMT Mastery Bundle — received my products sooner than promised. The flash cards are sturdy, easy to read and concise. There was a typo on my end when the order was placed. I contacted customer service to address the issue and access the PDF Study Guides etc, I received a response within 2 hours and they resolved the issue in minutes. Top tier product AND service. Would definitely recommend to others.

Some tactics unappreciated.
I think this book is going to be very concise and helpful, however there were some billing issues that I did not appreciate. I ordered a single book that was listed on sale at just over $100. Then they had the pharmaceutical medication book posted as a separate purchase but it had "1" marked in the box that was for the number of books ordered.I didn't want it right now so I tried to click it back to zero. It would not do it and I spent the next half hour trying to cancel this book that I hadn't even ordered without success. Any way I figured I'd go ahead with the order and try to contact customer service on Monday but I was surprised when the final price was over $200! And all I had ordered myself was the Paramedic/Ems success book. I went ahead with the order because I really wanted that book but it bothers me that they have the pharmacology book already filled in on the number wanted then have it fixed so you can't cancel or delete it from the order. Customers should be able to order what they want without being charged for things they don't want.

Awesome product!!
These paramedic flash cards gives you the need to know information to help retain important information about the drugs. The amount of information in these cards is so vast and so helpful! Definitely worth the money! I look forwards to the new flash cards coming out in the near future.

Top notch products and customer service!!
First of all the products are incredible! A coworker of mine bought the cards, and I was so impressed I needed to have a set of my own. I ordered the bundle with the water bottle, cards and online PDF files. Even though I’ve been a medic for a long time now, I love to keep up my knowledge and skills. The amount of information in these cards is so vast and so helpful! I’m excited to go through the online stuff. Truly the products speak for themselves. Let me touch on the customer service a bit. I didn’t receive my package even though the tracking showed it was delivered: I spoke with Joane T. with the customer service team. She was incredibly helpful, looked into the issue, and swiftly fixed the problem. I got my package soon after. Very refreshing to have such a great experience with customer service. Highly recommended! Thank you guys so much!

Haven’t received the product
The flashcards finally arrived and I can say I am truly happy that we finally received them. The only thing I can say negative it that I wish the font size was larger. Outside of that they contain exactly what my daughter needs to get familiar with medications as she continues her pursuit of becoming a nurse.

The products this company offers are exactly what you need as I showed up ready to go for Paramedic class. Their flash cards are easy on-the-go study material and I’m happy to see the company expanding with more material like their bundle (and the cute water bottle!) Customer service has been great & quick with responses (which will make or break a company for me). Very satisfied with this company & looking forward to watching as they expand!

One EKG tracing on water bottle incorrect
The service was easy and delivery was fast!I work in a cardiology practice, so I had a doc who has read thousands of ECGs look at the water bottle. He immediately picked up "afib" as not being a correct tracing, but he did confirm ALL the other tracings are correct. I wanted to make sure my EMT relative did not memorize the tracings incorrectly, as he is a visual learner.
