I think Dennis did fine with the contract review. I opted for full negotiation package on two contracts. I did not feel he did a very good job negotiating. Some emails went unanswered for over a week. He did not use any negotiation tactics and barely spoke with the other attorneys even when I asked him to.I think using for contract review is fine but I feel I got ripped off on the “negotiation” packages.
