Scammed me for over 30€ for a ticket for an airport shuttle and didn’t send it over nor did the shuttle show up- it’s a scam.

Unreliable company. I paid for a direct transfer through the Wizzair app when I purchased the ticket. At 1 AM, when I arrived, it was -8 degrees, I waited 30 minutes and the driver never showed up despite dozens of calls. It took 3 months to get my refund. During that time, I called dozens of times, filed complaint after complaint, and went through a lot of stress. Do not use this company!!!!
They never came to pick us up they said we are coming but they never came. Everybody said the same thing !THEY NEVER CAME!
Local phone number to call to get pick up time did not work. My hotel said it was not in use. The hotel called another phone number on the voucher. This was an emergency number for a local hospital! This company is a scam - DO NIT USE THEM
Through WizzAir I ordered tickets from London to the airport and in another country to the hotel. It took more than 2 hours to get to the airport with all the stops and through Heathrow airport. I didn't know :( but at least I used it. And with another transfer, I ran around the entire Varna airport looking for a bus for more than an hour. Then I took a taxi. I wrote to them, they answered - to whom, when they called. And what to call in the letter, working hours are until 5 pm, I arrived at 10 pm. I will not order anything through WizzAir anymore. Today I decided to look up this site. It turned out that I was not the only one deceived :( WizzAir is a budget airline, apparently, and they are also making money with them, and they charge astronomical prices for suitcases - 2 times more expensive than tickets :(
I wonder why these crooks aren't in jail yet? They take money, don't provide the service and then stop answering emails. It's strange that the authorities haven't taken an interest in them yet. Very strange.
If I could put no stars I would. Booked through wizz and selected my location. Then was told my airbus that they don’t go to that location so offered credit. I didn’t want credit so they agreed to refund and told me they had 30 days as per their t&cs. Fair enough, so I waited. Then chased, and chased and chased. And still awaiting that refund. They should be shut down it seems, according to all the other comments too.
Bought a transfer stated to St. Vlas, Bourgas only to be told that they don't travel to St.Vlas two days before travelling. 100 emails sent and still no refund and no apology. Very dodgy, unreliable, unprofessional misleading, just disgusting.

It's hard to explain, just how bad these cowboys are. I really should have checked beforehand. Booked an airport transfer in Cluj via Wizzair as my flight arrived in the middle of the night. Of course like the experience of many others, nobody showed up. Two contact number given, one with an automated message in Romanian, the other in English, asking me to send them an email. Had to take a normal taxi, which was no problem and a fraction of the price that I paid to P-Airbus. A complaint hasn't even been acknowledged 3 weeks later. Why Wizzair is still participating in what is clearly a fraud is beyond. Save yourself money and stress and just get an uber or bolt at the airport.
Wizz Air cancel both my flight, wanted to cancel the airport transfer but they do not refund.You are forced to take a voucherUber in Prague is half the price of what they charge anyway.3 month before the transfer and they tell me that as a token of appreciation they give me a voucher for the amount I paid (its a joke)
Shame there is no 0 star, i booked my transfer all the way in April for tomorrow 22/06 travel , transfer from Malaga to Fuengirolla , i booked it same time as wizzair flight, so i didnt pay specific attention to the company ( i assumed it was wizzair) i had on 12/06 email addressed to passenger and email sounded very generic with no specific, like your your transfer , area out of service, no my name or destinations mentioned in it , so i assime it was a spam or fishing emai and i ignored it , today i went to print ticket and realised that i havent got the actual ticket just a confirmation of my booking , i called them ( which was charged a lot for a call) , and aparently i put denstination which is out of service area? How? i choose destination from pop down menu , i got confirmation as well of the booking and it was from and to the airoport, person who picked up couldnt care less, in order to complain i have to send email only , also in that spam email was about no refund, just credit my account and can use it up to one year time ? which account, even if i would have to walk 1000 mile as no other company would do transfer , I would never use them again. At the end operator just hung up on me. Avoid at all cost , they just a scam !
My ride cancelled few days before departure due to "We regret to inform you that your flight schedule does not align with our bus service." And i been left with nothing. Nobody respond on emails that i sent. And no cash back. Totally not recommended!
We had booked and paid for this service from Krakow to our hotel. We approached the driver and he denied our booking and left without us. Dont use this service, its promoted on Wizz air web page
THESE NEED SHUTTING DOWNBasically same as everyone else, me and my disabled partner were left standard twice by these. They were not at the air port at all. They were not outside my hotel on the return trip despite they confirmed over the phone during the day when they were coming and the location. They didn't come. They didn't answer their phones.Very evasive customer service, didn't apologise, refused the refund, lied to me and said they were there, they were not. And they cut off my ticket that I raised so I could no longer reply.THESE NEED INVESTIGATING ASAP!I almost missed my flight!Absolute lying fraudsters
I See I’m not only one. I buy ticket with my fly ticket. They didn’t send any info about pick up address, no time tables. After 10 emails, disgusting emails sefvices very poor. They still didn’t answer only send me some links. They send me a ticket after 10 days with no timetables. I asked 10 times and still they don’t give me Name person which send a emails for me. After 5 emails with definitely cancel of my trip with them they try to scared me they refund after 30 days mayby. DISGUSTING!!!POOR !!!
Driver hasn’t come. Called him, phone turned off. Customer service refused to issue a refund. Claiming different pick up time was scheduled (1.5 hour after flight was scheduled ). Worst experience ever
Disgusting behaviour from the driver at Belfast International this morning shood my sister away and drove off leaving her and my 5yr old niece who was in her pajamas stranded ..
