I had some trouble with the payment, but when i contacted Mery Ferrin from costumer service, she was so helpful. So nice and patient, she helped me trough the whole process until i was able to finish my reservation. She was wonderful!

O processo de reserva foi simples, o pagamento ocorreu sem problemas e recebi rapidamente o voucher detalhado.O contrato veio claro e transparente, incluindo todos os serviços prometidos: quilometragem ilimitada, proteção contra danos (LDW), proteção a terceiros (TPL), proteção contra roubo, motorista adicional acima de 25 anos, política de combustível cheio para cheio e isenção de taxas para condutores de 21 a 24 anos. Tudo isso já incluso no valor fechado, sem surpresas até aqui.Ainda não retirei o carro, mas a comunicação tem sido eficiente e os documentos enviados passam confiança. I made the reservation in advance to pick up the car from Budget at the Miami International Airport. The booking process was easy, payment went through without any issues, and I quickly received a detailed voucher.The contract was clear and transparent, including all promised services: unlimited mileage, loss damage waiver (LDW), third-party liability protection (TPL), theft protection, additional driver over 25 years old, full-to-full fuel policy, and no extra fees for drivers aged 21 to 24. Everything was included in the final price, with no hidden surprises up to this point.Although I haven’t picked up the car yet, communication has been smooth and the documents provided inspire confidence. If pickup and return happen as described, I’ll be fully satisfied with the service.So far, I recommend OUTLET RENTAL CARS for their clarity, organization, and fulfillment of the agreed terms.
I called Outlet Rental Cars because I had already rented a car from them last year, and I was very satisfied with their service. In this opportunity I have received support for car rental from Juan Forero, who was really very helpful and answered all my questions. Moreover, I could speak Spanish to him! (a very useful fringe bonus for foreigners)
