PRO goggles with extra lens came fast
Well I ordered the PRO goggles with extra lens, and everything arrived together, and within 5 days - the other reviews had me worried! Everything in great shape, and got a great price to boot. Maybe bad timing experience was around holiday time...just go for it.

MYSTERY BOXES ARE A SURPLUS SCAM +1
I completely agree with what’s stated below. For some strange reason, I received two separate mystery boxes containing four pairs of ski socks and a pair of kids' gloves. This just goes to show that their 'mystery boxes' are likely just a way to offload random gloves and socks.There is no randomness here it's all pure surplus of items that were not Popular or purchased often I got nothing but gloves and socks. It says duplicates when ordering multiple boxes yet in a single box I got three pairs of the same gloves, and two of the same socks. Even if you are thinking of ordering a mystery box as a joke or just as a "why not?", don't, I will assure you unless you are a child nothing you will receive in the mystery box will be worth it. There is absolutely no randomness within the system. Only thing that was different was some phone case for a phone I've never even heard of. Just buy what you want straight up and don't waste the extra money on any size mystery box.

Great customer service
I ordered a SUP pump but incorrectly put in the delivery address, which was totally my fault. The package was sent , then existed in some shipping purgatory where it couldn't be delivered since the address didn't exist. I reached out to Outdoor Master to see if they could correct the address and they responded that same day to say that they had sent out a new SUP pump to the correct address. I didn't even have to ask! It was very much appreciated.

No charger for SUP pump
Bought one of their Shark 3 SUP Pumps via local shop = Blew the board up in no time - very impressed - but charging after several hours still not charged. Contacted them and explained issue - seems they do not supply a C type USB cable or suitable charger - yet do not make this clear in their marketing- it should say clearly that it requires a charger and cable - afterall this is a top end not budget Pump

OutdoorMaster = Absolute excellence in every way.
I have always used OutdoorMaster SUP Pumps and each incarnation of the Shark has seen significant improvements. The Shark 3 is a fabulous innovation and inflates my 10’8 paddleboard to 20psi in 4 minutes. The battery means you no longer have to run the car engine while inflating. I use mine almost every day and I can confirm it stands up to that kind of use. People I have recommended this to have found it literally life changing, enabling you to get on the water quicker than ever.I have just received a pair of OutdoorMaster sunglasses and they are equal to the high quality market leader but much lower in cost.The true test of a company is the after sales service from Customer Support and I am able to say the service from OutdoorMaster is second to none should you need it. Superb company.

Great helmet for the price! I ordered a snowboard helmet from Outdoor Master and was really impressed. It has MIPS technology, fits comfortably, and feels well-made—all at a great price. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for solid protection without overpaying.

Exceptional products, exceptional customer service.
Outdoor masters has delivered exceptional customer service through the warranty process I have just completed. Had an issue with a pair of lenses i got. They are sending a replacement very quickly! Their products are reasonable priced and quality overall. This is the second pair of goggles i own from them. I also own a helmet for snowboarding. I would definitely recommend their products and this company. Thank you.

Received wrong item
I ordered ULTRA Snow Goggles + Lens Bundle and they only sent me a replacement lens? No goggles or frame. The lens i received isn't even one that i ordered and the lens in the box is not even what it says on the outside of the box. So all i'm left with for my money is a useless lens right before a trip. The return address on the parcel is also just a random PO box in my country.

Fabulous quality products and Customer Support second to none.
I have used OutdoorMaster paddleboard pumps since I started paddleboarding, initially using the Shark 2 pumps then the Cachalot and now the absolutely fantastic Shark 3. Being able to inflate from a powerful inbuilt battery is such a bonus and this model inflates to 20 psi in about 4 minutes. People who have bought this pump on my recommendation have found it, like me, life changing. It saves you time and enables you to get on the water quickly. It will of course inflate other inflatables too and comes with a range of connections. Customer support is second to none, should you need it, the best I have ever known. OutdoorMaster supply a range of other products too and I have no doubt will be made to the same high standard. I am about to try some cycling glasses from them. Highest of recommendations.

Amazing customer support experience.
I have been really impressed with the Shark 3 pump. It makes light work of pumping up 2 paddle boards to 20psi. When there was a technical issue the OutdoorMaster support was amazing. They were quick to reply to emails and resolved the issue with a replacement - unbelievable service!

ski bags
I bought 2 ski bags. The first one came about a week. The second one took much longer but arrived. Really like the quality. Each bag has plenty of space for helmet, boots, goggles, ski pants and other essential ski items.
