They will not honor the warranty on their Aireloom beds made by Kluft. So they give you a big sales spiel but they do not honor what they say.

The springs could be felt coming…
The springs could be felt coming through the padding after a few weeks, even though I turned it as instructed. I could not return it as my husband had thrown the packaging away.
