Extremely upset!
Ordered an eau de toilette from the French website, parcel arrived within set time, unfortunately box had been opened on route and item stolen. Contacted company who stated that they required details and pictures via an email which they would send, never sent! I forwarded details via my email, as yet no comeback, totally fed up and disappointed.

No confirmation email
Hi,I would also like to report that i’ve places an order but did not receive a confirmation email but the money has been taken from my bank account. If I don’t get any email by Monday I will dispute this charge with my credit company and cancel it.
