Owner of the company and sole proprietor passed suddenly on July 12th. The family has no ways of accessing any company data, website, nothing. There was no plan for such. We apologize deeply for any monetary inconvenience. We are attempting to close the company and are awaiting legal approval to do so.
I ordered a gift basket for my daughter and son-in-law on 7/30/23. The gift basket was never shipped or received. Since then, the website has been closed for maintenance for the past 3 weeks. And every time I call I only get a voicemail and never a return phone call. I'll be notifying my credit card company.
Ordered gift baskets for my moms birthday… which has since passed. I have not received any email updates. I’ve called & left messages. No answer, no call backs. Their website is “down for maintenance” and has been for weeks. Which is weird since it was perfectly fine to accept payments and now nothing. Very upset with this experience and will hopefully at least get my order cancelled and refunded eventually. Edit 9/21: still haven’t gotten any answer or reply. Filed with the BBB, dept of consumer affairs, etc. nothing.
We ordered the smoked salmon and cheese gift basket! This was for our uncles 50th birthday! The packaging and presentation was amazing. The assortment of goodies was even better! Thank you so much for making his big 5-0 great! We will be coming back for fathers day.
Oregon Maiden is an inept and corrupt company…BUYER BEWARE!I placed a Christmas gift basket order on Dec 18 and tried following up to get shipping info the entire following week. I received NO communication…finally on Dec 24 an email that they wouldn’t be shipping my family’s gift until after Christmas. What!? Horrible, horrible experience.
Great experience with oregonmaiden. The packaging was superb, Absolutely made my day. It is the best place to pamper or surprise your close ones with a basket full of love.I'm in love with aged cheddar cheese, It is something you should try at least once, and surely you would get addicted to the superior quality and taste. Highly recommended as they provide excellent service, quality, packaging.
