The beef is fantastic but...
The beef is fantastic, best brisket and wonderful steak. The shipping cost is a bit high and I wouldn't mind but the meat was thawed and the dry ice was completely gone. Seem to put less ice that others I've ordered from. Also the packaging was leaking blood on the inside and did not seem to be vacuumed well. Overall I love the meat but the packaging and shipping could use help. I am debating whether to order again based on the packaging issues. It's a shame because the meat is really great.Update 11/10/22Open Range Angus contacted me about this review and updated their packaging for better results. I ordered again to try the packaging and it was much better, still frozen or very cold. I will be ordering more. Fantastic customer service!

Best Dry-Aged Beef
Open Range Black Angus Beef. This family-owned cattle ranch has the best beef we have ever tasted. The ground beef is excellent. Cooks up nice, with just enough fat for it to hold together for burgers. We also purchase sirloin and ribeye steaks. I have never had a finer tasting steak. (We just grilled them) They were so tender, melt in your mouth steak. I am just getting around to cooking up the stew meat we bought! I have no doubt it will be excellent too!

My favorite steak ever!
My favorite steak is the bone-in ribeye. The marbling and the dry aging of these steaks combine to proved a taste treat like no other!
