The Friends of the Globe Public Library have been a satisfied customer for about one year. We support a small rural Library and to have come across Operation Book Support was life changing.Their Customer Service is second to none. Vista Friends of the Library has been working with Operation Books for a couple of years now. We are able to sell books to them that we normally would not be able to sell to walk-in customers to our bookstore. They are prompt with payment, scanning is easy and their customer support and pickup is excellent.

Operation Book Support’s program has allowed our Library Friends group to raise money on items we normally wouldn’t have been able to sell in our community for the price they are worth. We are so glad we signed up with this program several years ago!
St. Peter’s Thrift Shop has partnered with Operation Book Support for many years. As book donations are received we scan them with equipment provided by OBS. Any books that scan favorably are picked up by OBS. We receive a quarterly check for a percentage of the book sale profits. The procedure is easy and fun! One of our books sold for $3,000!
Great doing business with them- they pay us more for our library books than we can get from the public- we do not have manpower to individually sell books. They pick up promptly and give us an accounting of each book sold

Our Friends of the San Diego Library team have been working with Operation Book Support for years. It has been an easy partnership and has provided a big boost to our monthly income. The staff is available and responds promptly and courteously. Their computerized book reporting system is accurate and detailed. Having tried to sell items online ourselves we have found that our partnership with Operation Book Support (OBS) has helped us to: raise more funds then before, saves our volunteers time, and reduces storage needs. OBS also has wonderful customer support and is very responsive to questions and requests. This is a 5-star company I would recommend to others.

Operation Book Support was recommended to me at a conference. After doing some research, our board voted to work with OBS. Operation Book Support allows us to have an online storefront without the drawbacks of operating an online storefront. We wish OBS would take even more of our books to sell!”
One of our initial concerns about the Operation Book Support program was losing our high-volume customers at our monthly book sale; As these were mostly resellers we worried they would no longer be interested in our books, since we would be selling our higher value items online. Yet, after working with Operation Book Support for over a year, we analyzed our numbers and found our book sales had not suffered any loss in sales or customers! OBS offered a win-win situation and we’re now making several thousands of additional dollars each quarter through their program. I would highly recommend using OBS to maximize income on the sale of your donated materials.

At our library used book store we have been working with OBS for several years. Their response to requests for assistance are quick and informative.
