OUTSTANDING customer service. Went above and beyond!
Purchased some prescription SCUBA lenses from them in December of 2023. Their customer service could not have been more helpful in shipping my lenses to me on time before I left the USA. You guys are the best!!! Huge shout out to S*****! Thank you so much!

Outstanding customer service!
I placed an order with onlinescuba.com that wound up getting mis-delivered (not their issue). I called their customer support because of the tracking number showing delivered in another location. They took my number and said they would research it and call me back. A couple hours later, the owner of the company called me back, let me know what he had found and offered to ship another right away. Hours often is it that you call a company and a knowledgeable person who can fix your issue answers the phone quickly?I also called back and spoke with customer service and (again) they answered the phone quickly and were very helpful. It's refreshing to find a company that delivers great customer service with every interaction. I highly recommend this company for your scuba diving needs!
