Never received product after six weeks, no refund either!
Never received product after six weeks. Contacted company twice via their website - no response. Facebook messaged - they responded and said would refund, but no refund ever came. Product never came. Had to file chargeback with my credit card company. That is still pending. I would discourage anyone from doing business with this company. They are unresponsive and do not deliver- but they do take your money!

Product never showed up after over a month of waiting. Got an email saying product shipped but tracking number returned no data. Had to email support twice to get a refund.

Disappointing experience
Disappointing experience. Ordered from them based on their marketing as a family business with unique pet items. Ordered on March 2nd. US orders are supposed to be shipped from their US warehouse. No. My item is still in China. Sent three emails and received no reply.

Great, but logistics need to be improved.
Actually, I do not write reviews often, but i would like to share this experience! So, I ordered a set of collars for my puppies, but they never showed up. So, I have contacted Ollypet directly. They have apologized and offered to reship the order. In four days, I got my order and cute little charms as a gift for my pups. The service is good. Maybe they need to improve their logistic methods, but the overall experience was great! super friendly!

Do not purchase
Do not purchase . They do not respond to customers emails. I ordered Jan 4 th and it’s Feb 9 th . No refund . No product. Tracking shows it’s sitting in China.

Ollypet Store
Ollypet is great store to buy cute outfits and toys for your dog. The little dress I purchased is well made and adorable. They are one of the few shops that comments on social media posts which makes you feel part of the company. I’ve not met a company as friendly as them.
