Beware do not order from this company

Beware do not order from this company. They are a total scam. I received what was supposed to be plum oil but it is most certainly not and looks to be the same as the other oil i ordered. No scent, no color as unrefined plum oil is supposed to have. Upon research, i found many other complaints of the same nature. I only wished i had researched before buying from them.

Untrustworty, refuses to answer emails

Despite many emails requesting certifications for their "organic" oils, SDS and CoA, Oilscenter refused to answer any of our emails.Any company that refuses to provide basic documentation of their products are untrustworthy and likely to sell fake products. Never buying from them again.

Most of the people order stuff for…

Most of the people order stuff for crafting on AliExpress, but I never can be sure about the quality. Fortunately, my colleague mentioned this store and I decided to give it a try. Everything I need can be ordered from one place, that's a huge advantage. Shipping is fast enough. As for the quality, it's more than decent for these prices.

I like it that I can find everything I need in one place. Delivery is fast enough, the prices are nice, the quality is good. Some products like vegan wax I can buy only here.

Fake Or altered oils

I ordered a few different oils from this company, they advertise everything is organic but they aren’t. Yes there prices are low but I assumed maybe they were going to be good, that was clearly my first mistake. I didn’t do enough research and wanted these oils ASAP to make my beauty products.I ordered three different oils, prickly pear, maracuja and baobab oil.All three oils had the same exact color, consistency and smell. They looked NOTHING like these oils, I have been using them for many years so I know what I’m talking about. They all look the same to me, could be just plain olive oil I don’t know, maybe they have 5% of the actual oil it claims to be.I contacted them because on their website it says money back guarantee, and I was genuinely curious why these oils all looked the same and nothing like I have used before. The woman who answered my emailed, assured me the oils are all organic and 100% pure in what they claim to be.I even read the whole website again and it’s true they don’t say they have altered the products but I know they have for a fact. I was told I would not get a refund for any opened bottles, I would have to pay for my own shipping and also pay a restocking fee for each item(30% or value up to $10) So basically in the end I will lose more money shipping everything back plus restocking fee. So in the end I might get five dollars back or something what a joke. Companies like this make me sick, buyers beware and don’t take my word for it check other reviews on other websites, return policy is trash! Rather throw them down the drain then to spend even a penny trying to return them.
