Spent over $2700 on a projector
Spent over $2700 on a projector. Paid upon order. Paid for 2 day ship and was told it should go out that day (Tuesday). Did not get it. Called , emailed and finally did not reach anyone till the following Tuesday. Sales person was told this was a time sensitive purchase (hence the 2 day ship). Were told it would ship that day and would send it overnight. Lied again, and it didn't go till the next day late morning. now it will not be here on time and impact our business. Customer service was rude and unresponsive. Don't like being lied to. Do not do business with this company.

I ordered items worth $2,100 from OfficeWonderland, and it has now been 11 days with absolutely no shipment or updates. I’ve sent them over 4 emails but haven’t received a single response. No tracking number, no explanation, nothing.At this point, I’m trying to recover my money through my bank, but the process is difficult and stressful. The complete lack of communication makes me believe this company is not trustworthy.If you value your peace of mind, I strongly recommend finding another place to shop. I would not want anyone else to go through this experience.

After paying nearly $1,700 in full for my order and receiving an invoice, I expected OfficeWonderland.com to ship the product promptly. Two weeks later, my order has still not shipped.When I followed up, they replied once with vague information and then went completely silent. I have been calling and emailing all afternoon with no response. The lack of communication is unacceptable. It is remarkably easy for them to take full payment upfront, but apparently impossible to provide basic service, updates, or accountability.This delay is not just an inconvenience—it has delayed the completion of a client project and damaged my professional reputation. To make matters worse, another vendor is able to provide the same product with a 2-day turnaround, which highlights how inexcusable OfficeWonderland’s performance really is.Their behavior demonstrates apathy, disregard for their customers, and a lack of professionalism. They string customers along without updates, leaving you in the dark after taking your money.Do NOT order from OfficeWonderland.com. If you value your time, your reputation, or even basic customer service, look elsewhere.

We ordered 3 Samsung Displays for our restaurant. We originally went to Bestbuy to buy displays for our menus not knowing that Samsung makes actual tvs for this purpose with built in templates and wifi control of the content. Richard explained these features to us. We just installed the Samsung QM55C units in out pizzeria and they are amazing. Great quality image and very easy to setup.
