I have to return the unit; their fees have taken off over $200.00 off my refund. Also, I have to pay the return postage to China. That is going to cost quite a bit. They have been postponing getting me the RMA and without that I can't return the unit and receive a refund. They are not upfront with their practices. I am very upset.

The Constant Flow Concentrator machine & extra battery was sent & received in a timely manner without any issues. It is quieter than the one it replaced and is working very well as advertised. Hopefully it will last longer than the well known name brand I have had for three years but only used when away from home overnight or if there was a power outage. My old unit was went belly up after only being used a total of 8-10 times over the three year period from when it was purchaed for about 4 times more than my new Veron Unit from Oygenvip. Very satisfied with the product and the company.

I have rented several different machines for a monthly fee. This machine is by far the best and for a very reasonable price...This is my 2nd purchase of this machine. The first still works fine but i wanted to make sure that i had another when the first gives up...This machine is a great value for the reasonable price...even with the $50 price increase of 2nd machine it's still a great value...and less than what i'd pay to rent a machine for a year....and this will last much longer than a year so I highly recommend this machine...it's well built and works great.by the way, I purchased both machines for my husband and he also says they work great, better than the one's we reneted.
I love it. It was delivered on time. The customer service responded right away and within a timely manner, I received what I asked for. They are everywhere to answer our questions. The concentrator works as they say it does.
The machine works very well for my spouse. Shipping was quite fast as it also was for the extra batteries and charger I ordered. The batteries only last for about three hours, hence the need for extras.
This is a great machine for the price cheaper than renting one. I hope it's holds up. Easy to set up and use very quiet. Would buy another
The machine is very easy to set up. Instructions clear. Works very well. Voice instructions from machine a little hard to understand but still clear.
I love my new NT-06 oxygen concentrator! It’s so much smaller and lighter than my old one. It’s also super easy to adjust the flow rate, and I can take it with me wherever I go!
I bought an oxygen concentrator for my grandma, and their customer service was amazing! They helped me choose the right machine for her, and It arrive fast. Her health is already doing so much better.
I'm in my 40s and have some lung issues, and the NT-04 oxygen concentrator has made a big difference! It's much easier to breathe now, and I'm not as tired as I used to be. I'm really happy I decided to try it.

Works great, my only complaint is it will shut off after a few hours and you have to restart it, but for the price its worth every penny. Just bought a 105 pro to use in my bedroom to fix that problem.
The response time for receiving the machine was wonderful. Not so good with ordering the cannulas and filters, these had to be shipped directly from China. Why wouldn't you warehouse the necessary pieces Stateside to enable the same quick and courteous shipping speed?
Machine worked well. A little noisier than my other one I have, but a lighter to carry. Wish batteries lasted longer but I know you have bigger ones but can't afford another one. Thank you.
The employees who brought over the equipment were very nice and informed me well of what was being used. I would certainly recommend using this company for the equipment needed.
No problem ordering works great just wished it was more compact slimmer better than a C tank carrying it around a lot cheaper than Inogen product!
Ordering was simple and easy. The machine it self is small for the performance it gives while delivering the correct and even flow of oxygen. It is very quiet which makes it able to sit on my side table instead of being placed in the other room.Quality and value was the key factor for my purchase but found so much more. The shipping was convenient and fast too.A+ seller all the way.Thank you
