I had to verify my identity to regain the control of my credit card account. The notary was friendly and very professional, leading me through the process. As a non native English speaker, it was nonetheless a very good and trustful experience.

Terrible experience. Waited over an hour and no one came on so I gave up. Then I got an email saying they had someone available so I logged back on and no one ever came on. So I finally scheduled an appointment even though they only had appointments the next day. Then I got an email today saying they need to reschedule. I told them I was going to use a different company and they needed to do better. I got nothing but a generic "We apologize for your inconvenience." That tells me everything I need to know.
