North Country Fire made the whole process feel surprisingly easy and low-pressure. Install day was smooth, clean, and on time. Now the fireplace is basically the unofficial gathering spot in our house. If you want real expertise without the showroom attitude, North Country Fire is a solid choice.
Rep Ryan was very prompt with call backs to answer my multiple questions. Ryan was both personable and helpful is his approach.
Dean Allen is great technical resource and another reason I only purchase from North Country Fire. Service after the sale!

My experience with customer support (Dean Allen) was great. Dean was very knowledgeable and instrumental at get our unit working properly.
Dean the tech support is GREAT, I give DEAN 5 STARS although directions and the factory weren't much help. I spoke with Dean several times, Dean even called the factory and they weren't a help and after I figured one thing out myself he was great to help complete the job. He never seemed in a hurry to get off the phone he stayed online as long as needed to complete the job. I mentioned once to our sales rep with the issues and having to find the issue ourself I thought a small refund would be nice, no answer to that. But again Dean was there and helped worked through everything, manufacture needs better instructions.

I worked with Dean for tech support on the installation of a fireplace and the venting required. I've been around this trade for 20+ years and I must say that I've never had such a pleasant experience with a tech support rep as I did with Dean. His patience and knowledge were top notch, to the point that should I need further assistance, I would request him by name.
