Maya was great to work with. We had an issue with the sauna not reaching the maximum temperature, and she connected us with a manufacturer’s technician that helped us solve the issue. We would definitely purchase from Norse Steam again.

The Tech support was first rate clean across the board. The tech Mike listened to the issues at hand and we were able to get everything going. Not everyone takes the time to listen .My last unit lasted EIGHTEEN years and ran seventeen hours a day six days a week and eleven hours on Sunday. What more can I say

Mr Steam Generator Review
I was in a rush and needed the unit right away. Found the best price on Norse Steam. Never heard about this website and so decided to vet it. During my vetting process, I ran into Maya and she was a god send. Maya was very responsive and quickly found the unit and got it shipped right away. My unit arrived in two days ahead of schedule and in very good condition. I would gladly do business with Norse Steam and particularly with Maya.

Super helpful and amazing selection
Despite not buying anything, Norse Steam was extremely informative and helpful when I was shopping for a sauna setup! Searching, seeing, and learning what goes will with what was super easy on the site and Norse Steam’s customer support was truly amazing. If I do end up splurging on the Luna Sauna (my favorite sauna of all time) I’m definitely getting it from these guys!!!
