I’m very disappointed with the return policy. For such a large company, I expected a much more reasonable and customer-friendly process. The current policy feels unnecessarily restrictive and inconvenient. I hope noorart reconsider and improve it for future customers.

Clean books arrived on time, very smooth
Good email communication and customer service. The main drawback is the Shop tracking app, which is inefficient—it once showed a package as delivered before it shipped.

Excellent selection of products with heavy discounts and great deals for customers. Ordered from UK & mashalla the service was excellent, with great communication from team throughout. It would be great to have a better stocked UK division. Great overall service bearing in mind the rising cost of postage.

The returning policy is very unfair for the customer. They want the customer to pay for the returning cost. Besides, they mislead the costumers when they do the orders. They always ask that the communications on phone to be in Arabic and they have very poor communication skills. They want everything for their benefits . There’s zero customer satisfaction. The conversation with them takes long time and the girl who answers the phone never make customer know the manger name or whom we can communicate with when we receive orders that didn’t match what’s online. They just want to grab customers and their service after sales is very bad.
