A bad customer dealing
I bought shoes 1 sep . Shoes were hurting .yesterday I been there to return (just three days. 5 sep) after. The guy said that I used and he couldn’t return. I told him they are not good and hurting . He was insisting shoes were good. I had a long discussion with him .He said I am not boss , boss will come (12:30)so I can talk to boss. I asked his name .he was not willing to tell . I been there again, so came another lady I told her I been here in the morning . She said I know I was inside. I said ‚ the guy said u were not as job . He was lying. She said no no no , there is an other boss also. I think these workers at Nike herlev , play with customer and irritate by saying , “come back later and talk to the boss”. It is ugly trick to get away the claiming customers . I talked to Nike online help . They sent me returning label and promised to return my shoes .
