The phone representative, Debbie, was personable, she obviously enjoyed speaking with people, and was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions in a helpful, friendly manner. Nice to speak with someone who is nice and not rushing you off of the phone to take another call. Please hire MORE people like Debbie!

The employee was very courteous to me on the phone and answered all of my questions so nicely. I really appreciated her kindness. She did not seem like she was in a hurry at all.
