I do not have to give a second thought when ordering from NEXT
I do not have to call anyone to make sure our order goes out. We get so busy sometimes that we have to place our parts orders in the evenings, and they always arrive promptly. We look for good service with reasonable pricing, and these guys offer both. They make follow-up phone calls about service, but I have honestly never felt the need to answer them because we have no issues. I know if we do, there will be a live voice on the other end. Let's see how good they are and if I get a Christmas Card after this excellent review.

Took them two weeks to inform me that my order will be delayed by 20 weeks. It took three different people to finally tell me anything.Twice I have requested that the order be cancelled. They have not even acknowledged my request.

Overall experience was good
Overall experience was good, but communication experience could’ve been better and quicker. Knowing that my order was going to be short of what I ordered should’ve inflation provided to me before I received the delivery and had to contact them regarding the issue. But they did give options and provided a quick refund for the missing part with no hassle.
