INCORRECTLY SCHEDULED.
WE ARE A SMALL DOCTORS OFFICE AND WE SCHEDULED TO HAVE RECORDS/OLD E.O.B.'S SHREDDED, HAD 7 BOXES. ASKED THEM TO COME BETWEEN 9-11 A.M. BECAUSE WE START TO SEE PATIENTS AT 12, WELL WHOEVER DID THE SCHEDULE PUT US DOWN AS A COMMUNITY SHREDDING FOR THE HOURS OF 9-11 A.M. GAVE THE DRIVER OUR CHECK AND TODAY RECEIVED AN INVOICE BY E-MAIL ASKING FOR PAYMENT. TOLD THEM THEY NEED TO CHECK WITH THE DRIVER BECAUSE IT WAS GIVEN TO HIM.

Great service even in heavy rain.
Quick service. Although it was raining pretty heavy they managed to finish very quickly. The two guys that came were friendly.

I often have to wait a few weeks for a pickup which is inconvenient when my bin is already at capacity when I call for a pickup. I also feel as if this company has no idea who I am whenever I call despite being a customer for many years. Some of the drivers have been less than pleasant. If I could find a reliable shredding company closer I would switch.

Great Rates and Professional Service
I was very impressed with the service I received from NEXCUT, From the first contact to the moment the truck drove off this company took customer satisfaction seriously. Their prices are the best in the market in my area for home paper records disposal. Their technician arrived on time, was very polite and courteous. He packed the bin tightly ensuring no empty space which I found to be very professional. If I ever have the chance to recommend this company to my family or friends in the future I would not hesitate to do so.
