My family and I took the 6 hour walking…

My family and I took the 6 hour walking tour with John Bow (our guide) who explained all there is to know about New York. He is quite thorough and patient as there were times when we needed to relieve ourselves and he would say ok but let's not take to long. His knowledge of the city and historical events is key to his craft. Overall he was very good and is a true 5 star rating without hype..... oh, if we could pause at each site and give a moment to take photos that too would be great......

Worst experience ever

Booked a Greenwich Village walking tour with New York Tour 1 through Expedia for same day. Planned full day after this as tour was 1.30. Received confirmation and ticket. As no guide showed up, I called the arranging company New York Tour 1, who claimed Expedia should not have sold it and they could do nothing. It was also very clear, they couldnt care less. Follow up with New York Tour 1, has only let to continous blame on Expedia, but not a remote sign of actually caring about customers or any sign of wanting to solve this. So if you are serious about seeing some of New York, I suggest finding a serious company in stead.
